The biggest drawback right now is data consistency. While it's an incredible time-saver for generating first drafts, the data accuracy can occasionally be off on the first pass. It means I can't completely automate the workflow. I still have to spend time double-checking and verifying specific details before putting them in front of a client. Tribble does a fantastic job of meeting you in the workspace you are in, notably slack, most consistently. This concentrates workflows and drives adoption, which has been notably high since we took Tribble into our workplace. The value of the product itself is that it is well trained on our internal systems, which means faster time to value with powerful AI built in. I’d love for Tribble to replace more of the steps in our CRM process, and it seems like it’s actively rolling that out. Still, having those capabilities become more extensive would be really valuable. In addition, if Tribble could proactively surface insights for leaders and AEs—almost like a personal assistant—it would make the product even more useful. It's helping drive performance amongst our Account Executives by aggregating items like Customer feedback, customer stories, competitor decks, etc. into real world situations for them. Tribble has been really helpful in operationalizing how we surface campaign priorities to our sales team. It allows us to serve up our CACTUS list of campaigns directly in Slack, so reps don’t have to leave their workflow to see what plays they should be running. The campaigns are clearly prioritized and linked to the resources they need, which makes it much easier for the team to take action. Another big benefit is the Salesforce integration. Because Tribble is connected to our CRM, reps get more relevant information about their accounts when preparing for outreach and account research. It helps connect the dots between campaigns and the accounts where those plays are most relevant. As someone responsible for driving campaign adoption with sales, deeper visibility into what plays, content, and recommendations reps are using would help us identify what’s working and where there are gaps. Stronger analytics would also make it easier to justify the ROI of AI-powered recommendations by showing how they influence rep behavior and pipeline outcomes. It's integrated right into Slack, giving us the ability to quickly get questions answered as opposed to having to sort through a ton of different resources. What do you dislike about Tribble? Sometimes the information is wrong, but that's to be expected. Also at times, it moves a little slow depending on what the question is. It's surprisingly robust. Shared workflows across are segment are helpful for various initiatives we have going on, but I really enjoy creating my own workflows that can run automatically at certain times. What do you dislike about Tribble? As with every AI, you need to keep it honest. Responses that require web searches require some double checking to make sure the responses are timely, relevant and accurate. I really like how Tribble supports me in my day-to-day role by streamlining complex sales workflows, including account analysis, messaging, and deal strategy. The Slack integration has been a game changer, too. In terms AI automation Tribble allows me to structure my day in a way that helps me to perform as a sales rep.
