There isn’t much I don’t like about Tribble. It’s rare, but every now and then I have to ask the same thing multiple times before I get the answer I’m looking for.

I appreciate the time savings on a first pass for an RFI. The interface is pretty user-friendly and straightforward. I have also appreciated the collaboration with the Tribble support team, which has impressed me in onboarding demos and responding to questions/feedback.

My team is still exploring use cases and trying to best understand how to leverage all the features, so there's still a bit of a remaining ramp in feeling fully onboarded to the tool and understanding all the resources available. (New to the tool w/in last 3 months)

Tribble is helping us with time-to-value for RFIs and helping us make sense of our data by providing a place to unify it and connect our dots.

**What do you like best about Tribble?**

Tribble is very agile. It can respond to simple yes/no questions and to long-form responses where it has to come up with examples and other verbiage. It is also very easy to use and 'train'. You feed it your data and reference material/links, and it takes it from there.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

We would love it if Tribble was integrated with Dynamics 365 Sales.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our ability to respond with appropriate levels of detail was limited by the available time. Tribble allows us to create more detailed and effective responses AND respond to 3 times as many RFPs in a given period of time.

Tribble saves our team a tremendous amount of time. As our knowledge base, "the brain" continues to grow, things get faster and faster. The product is incredibly easy to use and the Tribble team has been excellent to work with

Only dislike is that our organization required approvals for a few integrations to best feed the Tribble Brain.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tribble helps execute a significant amount of RFPs, which is originally why we purchased the tool. However, our use case has significantly expanded as we now have tremendous institutional knowledge built into Tribble that multiple teams are leveraging for multiple things.

**What do you like best about Tribble?**

I like that Tribble is integrated with Slack and has a great UX/UI. It's very easy to use and does not take a lot of experience to get going. The initial setup was easy, and I'm able to add sources and build out prompts pretty easily. I even use Tribble to help me build my prompts. Tribble allows me to spend more value-added time with my customers as opposed to searching through massive materials and systems to respond to customer inquiries or common customer success motions.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

I find the PPT beta feature could be improved. The content and context are great, but the formatting gets overly complicated and could use improvement.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tribble to respond to customer inquiries and build agents for customer success, allowing me to spend more time with customers rather than searching through materials and systems.

I really like the automations and how accurate the information is. It makes my work much more efficient and a lot easier overall.

I wish the web insights could improve. I find sometimes they are outdated.

The way its connected to Gong, SFDC and Slack allows for a strong integration which streamlines particular basic tasks. For example, updating my daily SFDC next steps.

I like Tribble because it helps me save a lot of time when completing RFI's. I find the instant answer retrieval feature really useful, and the confidence scoring allows me to easily and quickly review the information. Instead of manually searching for answers in old RFI's, Tribble automatically pulls them in, making the process much more efficient. I also appreciate the confidence score, which guides me on when and where to double-check for accuracy, even if it only gets me 90% of the way there.

Tribble still only gets you 90% of the way there.

Tribble speeds up RFI completion by automatically gathering answers. The confidence scoring helps me know when to verify details, saving me a lot of time. It's a great aggregator of data and provides instant answer retrieval for quick reviews.

The speed to insight and accurate feedback, though it might need some minor corrections, is quite valuable. I appreciate that it looks at internal company history and not just a general LLM. The integration with Slack was seamless and super easy for a user to adopt.

While I know the queries are big and a lot of data needs to be processed, the time it takes to provide feedback is a little annoying.

I like that it lives in Slack. I can just pull it up instead of having to go to a different platform. I don't have to leave Slack because it's my primary workspace. Being able to switch into that channel and ask a question is super frictionless, especially since many questions I get from customers also come from Slack. The initial setup was incredibly easy, basically none, because I use it within Slack.

Nothing immediate comes to mind.

I find Tribble helpful for quickly accessing past RFP responses and help center articles, saving me the effort of recalling or searching manually. Its memory is better than mine for these tasks and provides immediate answers, enhancing my efficiency.

What I like best about Tribble is having all of my organization’s institutional knowledge and context centralized in one place. It makes it significantly easier to articulate accurate technical answers, quickly ramp on customer or account-specific context, and conduct lightweight customer research without hunting through docs, Slack threads, or tribal knowledge. That shared source of truth is especially valuable when building slides or preparing for conversations that require both technical precision and business context.

Slide generation today is just a standalone non-editable image. I believe this is still a beta feature and will improve over the next year or so.

Tribble solves the problem of fragmented institutional knowledge and the time cost of repeatedly re-deriving answers across Slack, docs, Gong, and tribal memory. Instead of manually piecing together past conversations, implementation details, or prior decisions, I can ask Tribble targeted questions and quickly get accurate, contextual responses—whether I’m evaluating implementation LOE, comparing architectural approaches, building customer-facing slides, or creating talk tracks. This has materially improved my speed, consistency, and confidence when responding to technical questions, preparing for customer conversations, or supporting cross-functional work, while reducing context-switching and redundant effort.

It honestly feels like having an extra pair of hands during RFP season. Tribble's is smart, easy to use, and actually understands context, not just keywords. I love that everything is finally in one place. It saved me so much time by centralizing our Q&A and making it easy for the team to find, reuse, and collaborate on RFx. On top of that, the customer support is through the roof. They’ve been super responsive, always listening to feedback, and actually implementing the features we needed. They also developed the right integrations to fit how our team works, which made a huge difference. Our team uses Tribble on a daily basis now, and it’s become a key part of how we manage proposals.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

The setup takes a bit of effort at the start to get the content library and workflow right, but once that’s done, it really pays off.Their team has been joining numerous calls to support us with this setup.

Tribble has completely changed the way we handle RFPs and proposals. Before, we were juggling multiple documents, folders, and threads just to find the right information. Now everything is centralized, structured, and easy to update. It’s solving the pain of scattered content and repetitive work, we can reuse accurate answers instantly, keep consistency across proposals, and collaborate with the team in real time. The biggest benefit is time. What used to take hours now takes minutes, and I can focus on strategy and storytelling instead of admin work.

- No idea about the set up process, but it must have not been a huge lift because our SE org got it up and running quickly
- This is used by our team about 15 times a day for just 35 sellers

- Maybe the reps don't spend as much time fully learning the product and remembering the answers because it's so easy to ask Tribble? But that's a stretch

It's incredibly intuitive, and in just a short time, it’s already accelerated several deals across our pipeline.

Tribble has drastically reduced the time it takes to respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc., while simultaneously improving answer quality. The integrations and workflows also make it easier to update the "brain" and have internal experts validate the answers provided. Lastly, it's elevated our GTM team's credibility with prospects and customers. Answers to deeply technical questions are now readily provided in real time which historically required a series of internal emails and follow-ups with prospects and customers. I also appreciate the real-time support Tibble provides via slack. It was a very efficient way to get configuration questions answered within minutes.

Once we involved our IT team to get SSO configured, we have not run into any issues.

I think it's great that Tribble gathers information from public and accessible internal sources to provide answers. It's almost accurate. Another good point is that it includes Slack interactions in its search, allowing it to extract information even with language differences in global channels, which is valuable. Additionally, I like that it was very easy to set up with just a click.

The response is a bit slow. It has stopped answering about the reference price of the license. When looking up questions received during negotiations with customers on Tribble, I particularly feel the slowness of the response. In terms of speed alone, it doesn't match up to Copilot or ChatGPT.

Our internal systems are wide, reaching, and very complex, and there is a ton of nuance in my role. If the sources Tribble pulls from are from humans (e.g. talking over Gong), you do have to double check the accuracy of the information. It's as good as it can be from the sources it pulls from.
