**What do you like best about Tribble?**

I appreciate the accuracy and speed of Tribble when asking it a pertinent question to our business. Many times we're on customer calls and need quick answers and this allows us to respond confidently to product/buying questions.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

If the sources Tribble pulls from are from humans (e.g. talking over Gong), you do have to double check the accuracy of the information. It's as good as it can be from the sources it pulls from.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the need to sift through internal documents to find answers and answering complex customer questions. The benefit is time saving and confidence on customer calls that allows us to move deals forward at the correct pace.

Tribble is accessible directly within Slack, making it easy for individuals and teams to leverage. It has become a useful resource in frequently asked question channels, deal channels with multiple stakeholders, and as a starred 1:1 chat.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

While we continue to work with and train Tribble, it can take a few steps to validate the source and make sure that the answers provided are relevant + correct.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tribble is helping extend the bandwidth of our leaders, enablement team, and solutions partners while meeting our reps where they are..Slack. There is no shortage of resources or places to work and Tribble is working to solve that for our teams.

Do you spend a lot of time trawling Slack looking for answers to common questions you might have about a deal or your organization? 

If your answer is yes, Tribble will drive a lot of value for you. No need to search the endless company slack channels and DM's, Tribble will do it for you.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

Not always accurate/sometimes misinterprets. This is one of the issues with many AI products at the moment. Human verification is still needed to vet info that it returns.

Giving me access to information that I need to do my job more quickly.

The most helpful thing about Tribble so far was how easily new team members (AEs) can get the resources and information they need quickly, and they can help them with the onboarding process without having to ask around.

It has some issues and things that can be improved like deciding which information to provide based on the question or ask, but this is totally normal in tools like Tribble.

Tribble is very easy to use and requires almost little to no training whatsoever. You simply type in a question or a request and it provides an answer for you.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

Tribble has limited data set that it pulls from and therefore doesn't always give the best answers.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personally, I work remotely and a lot of the time the communication and information shared can be very siloed. Everyone is working very diligently at their own job and there's often a delay when it comes to transfer of knowledge and information especially from one department to another. Tribble bypasses this by aggregating all the information we have on slack, on the internet, and with certain files that they have access to and delivers immediate responses.

Tribble has been incredible for our solutions consulting team - they're able to move many times faster and eliminate a lot of the tactical busy work that usually goes along with RFPs and security reviews. The next area they're growing into is knowledge sharing and enablement for the entire organization - which has some kinks we're still working out but has the potential to be truly transformational for the way that we work. The Tribble team has been extremely helpful and ready to roll up their sleeves and work with us in building out this new functionality.

Some of the backend features are bare-bones, but we know this is an area of investment. There's some times it won't answer correctly, some of this is shared responsibility between the way we've organized our data, Tribble, and LLMs as a whole. Overall, very happy with the partnership.

Speed to create & finish RFPs. With Tribble, we can complete these faster, giving us a better chance to compete in more evaluations.

Very easy to use and the quality of answers is nearly always acurate (~90%). 
Being able to raise unanswered questions with Product experts directly also makes my life very simple.
I've gone from spending 4-6 hours to 1-2 hours on these projects.

The only improvement I could think of is showing the sources for each answer so we can easily provide the written evidence to back up our responses. 
This is a common request from customers

Speeding up how I get answers to 90% of questions within RFPs. Accuracy and collaboration with colleages is also much improved.

I find it how much time Tribble has saved our Org so far in the small amount of time we've been using it.

My only thing with Tribble is that a good amount of the time if something is a complicated question, I have to double check with my team, to make sure it is current and correct.

Tribble is extremely easy to use and quicklly becomes the go-to source of information for whatever questions need answering. Whether in supporting RFPs or helping to source on  the spot questions during a call, Tribble provides quality answers to our teams in seconds. I use Tribble everyday now.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

As with all AI tools, Tribble requires some feedback and contouring to ensure the answers it providers are accurate. It really comes down to quality in, quality out. We ran Tribble with a group of subject matter experts before releasing it to a larger audience and this was a highly effective method to ensure quality.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recieve a high volume of detailed RFP requests and had been having trouble keeping up with the volume. Adding in that they business has been growing, and we had a strong need for the right information accessible at our fingertips in a structured manner. Tribble provided this and more, becoming our go-to source of knowledge for on the spot answers to questions during customer conversations on top of the aforementioned functions.

Tribble takes all of our data as an org and helps us quickly respone to prospoect RFIs in an accurate, thoughtful, and detialed way. We no longer need to spend weeks responding to customer RFIs, and our sales team no longer needs to wait for other departments to get back to their customers with answers to their pressing questions! Tribble was easy to onboard, and the team has been extremely responsive and supportive!

Our sales team has been using Tribble for a few months now, and I say it has been an significant improvement. Tribble integrates seamlessly into our existing systems, making adoption across our sales and engineering teams natural. The ability to instantly ask technical questions and get accurate, detailed responses in real-time has eliminated the need for back-and-forth emails or scheduling time with technical experts.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

The only challenge with Tribble is data-source curation. Newer organizations may not have the historical data to support enabling their teams, however, this is really more of a maturity issue than anything else. Inevitable, all sales teams will be able to arm themselves with tools like this.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not just about answering questions—it’s about driving deals forward. Account Executives and Solution Engineers no longer need to pause conversations with prospects to look up information or reach out to other departments for help. This immediacy has enhanced our response time with prospects and increased confidence in delivering on-the-spot technical answers, which in turn helps to build stronger relationships and trust. Tribble also helps ensure the information shared across the team is consistent and accurate, which is critical in sales. The time savings for our sales team have been immense. Solution Engineers, who often get bogged down by repetitive technical queries, now have more bandwidth to focus on strategic tasks rather than spending time on answering the same questions. For Account Executives, this tool empowers them to handle technical aspects of the conversation independently, without having to always rely on SEs, which leads to faster deal closures.

Tribble is awesome at taking complex technical information and quickly formatting it into a format that is easily digestible, whether responding to RFPs or customer questions. I also use it for quick searches through Slack to find source conversations or documents when looking for technical information.

Sometimes it can be verbose; however, you can prompt Tribble to rewrite questions to a specific character limit to help format them correctly.

Tribble is giving our team the ability to respond quickly and accurately to a huge number of RFPs and security questionnaires. It can also be used to quickly generate steps to complete or activate different product features if necessary.

I really like the fact its constantly learning and continues to grow in its ability to provide answers and suggestions. Also the concept of the more you use it, the more the knowledge pool grows and the better it gets!

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

There isn't much to dislike, it took me a little bit to take advantage of Tribble as an option but once I started feeding TRibble questions the better responses I started to receive. It also was able to provide me ideas with a bit of a different strategy and perspective.

Developing different ways to craft messages to send to clients and prospects. Generating sequence/cadence ideas and strategies. Crafting emails and LinkedIn messaging. Learning more about our industries and how we support them.

**What do you like best about Tribble?**

I won't sit here and write that now RFPs and InfoSec reviews are looked forward to by my team, but what I can say is that an SE on my team just completed a ~250 question RFP with a heavy InfoSec component in the span of a couple of hours. And with Tribble, this has become the absolute expectation rather than a pleasant surprise.
Before Tribble, this would have been a multi-day process that would require pulling in many stakeholders across the organization. Now the SE had Tribble answer all but a handful of questions, used Tribble's delegation feature to loop me in on the ones they weren't sure of, and the RFP is done well before deadline with minimal (human) effort.
As I think about scaling out the team, I'm also not concerned that RFP/InfoSec responses will deviate from SE to SE and that we won't always put our best foot forward in these processes, I'm confident that the quality of the answers will always be consistently good.
Lastly, I have to applaud the team behind the solution; shortly after identifying that we'd like a control for the verbosity of answers, the team at Tribble turned around a fully productized feature. They are a pleasure to work with.

Doesn't work in Arc browser yet, but I'm sure one day.

Tribble is still new at our company, so there are things it's still learning/we have to teach it some answers.

We can chat Tribble directly in slack to ask questions that otherwise take minutes to find in our internal guides/wiki and also saves us from scrolling through slack forever to find answers from previous chats.

**What do you like best about Tribble?**

The best thing about using Tribble is the amount of workload it saves me. Instead of going to various colleagues or searching through several of our organization's resources, I can simply ask Tribble just about anything. It provides an answer or suggests relevant content if it's unsure. It truly feels like having a personal assistant to consult on anything related to our data, case studies, products, and offerings. I find myself using Tribble almost every day, making it easier to send responses and share the resources I find to answer my colleagues' questions or assist them in their efforts as well.

There isn’t much I dislike about Tribble, but I do wish it had a broader range of knowledge and resources it could access.

It's so fast to ask Tribble questions. I used to spend hours every month looking for answers to questions in slack, and now I can just ask Tribble and get an answer almost immediately. It's such a life saver.

Occassionally the answers are incomplete/incorrect on things like product releases, but I think this has less to do with Tribble than the data that's available for it to draw from.

As a Sales Engineer who recently joined a company as a new hire, Tribble is a life saver! It can be daughnting to get up to speed on a new product, but being able to talk to Tribble helps me solution on the fly.

I use it multiple times a day, especially when sales reps and customers are asking questions, I can get answers in seconds. I see Tribble saving me hours of time that I would have spent researching each quarter.

Tribble is fast and accurate. That said, there are minor tweaks that can be made to minimize friction even further, but they are very minimal and don't impede my usage. These tweaks are actively being addressed.

As an administrator, it's incredibly important to me that any solution we use provides responses based on the most current, accurate information sources. Tribble enables my team to quickly replace policies, questionnaires, and documentation in the corpus without the need to update hundreds of Q&A pairs. We know that the next time a questionnaire is filled out Tribble will use the most up-to-date information source automatically and disregard any previous response that relied on the previous version of the document. This reduces our team's administration of our RFP platform from weeks to hours a year.

Tribble can lead to overconfidence because Tribble is so good at answering questions based upon the corpus of information it's been fed, the users may assume that it can answer all their questions. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, it is an opportunity for the administration team to supply the proper information to enable Tribble to answer questions across mutiple domains.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tribble helps us deal with the ever-increasing demand for custom security questionnaires and RFPs. With Tribble we know that the responses we provide to the customer are based upon our specific policies, documentation, and data sources. Thanks to the Tribble customer isolation model there is no concern of hallucination, IP infringement, or sensitive data leakage. This is imperative for the sensitive information provided to our customers via the natural language responses that Tribble generates on our behalf.

As an Account Executive at a startup, Tribble solves a major problem for me which is the ability to get information from other departments (Marketing, solutions, etc). The A.I. is also super advanced and quickly learns and adapts to me individually which is cool. I've barely scratched the surface of it's capabilities but it's already helped me tremendously by adding efficiency with everything from crafting outreach messaging to creating proposals.

Too early to find any dislikes. I think the concept is so new (and refreshing) that everything it does is a plus to me.

Prior to using Tribble, InfoSecs consumed a significant amount of time to complete. With Tribble, I can copy and paste my questions and receive competent, complete answers in a matter of minutes.

Many of the features that I suggested as being helpful (i.e. ways to collaborate within the tool) are currently being worked by their Product team.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tribble makes fill out InfoSec questionnaires a breeze. InfoSecs were always saved for after hours when I needed, sometimes, hours of focused time to complete. It's hard to dedicate that time during a fast-paced day as an SE. I LOVE the time reduction.

In addition to the significant time savings, you can see the sources used to curate the answer. I find this a priceless feature because it helps me to learn and feel more confident in my answers when asked similar questions on a customer call. 

The Tribble Slack App has been a game changer for me, too, because I can get a super quick, up-to-date answer while on a call with a customer using an application that is always on my screen.

On a daily basis, this has allowed other team members self-service information and dig deeper into the knowledge base (Tribble Brain) to learn more about where the answer has come from.
Working with the Tribble team has been seamless and they have allowed us to get up and running with beta groups all the way to full adoption in a matter of months. Any feedback our team has can be quickly surfaced to the Tribble team.

We initially signed on with Tribble to help us complete RFPs and it was a gamechanger, leading us to save at least 30% of the time it takes to complete them.  Next, we rolled out Tribble's "Digital SE" Slackbot, which has saved our GTM team 1000s of hours of lost productivity by simplifying the search process.  The data feeding the bot pulls from our sources of truth and surfaces them in real time.  Gone are the days that sales reps are asking repetative questions of the product and sales teams!!!!  The bot also helps us surface gaps in our knowledge base, and since it is so highly adopted we can triage adding responses to the "brain" in real time.  Aside from the product, working with the Tribble team to roll this out has been a breeze.  They are responsive, solutions-oriented, and have been incredibly receptive to feedback.

The back-end admin UI is nacent. Reporting / analytics and the list of productized integrations to feed the "brain" layer are limited at the time of this review, but the potential is there!

I've used a lot of RFP tools--Loopio, RFPio, etc. Keeping the content up to date and avoiding duplicate responses is impossible. These legacy RFP tools just can't scale and no one wants to own the content.

Tribble gets rid of those unavoidable challenges by working off a set of trusted, easy to find content: Your product docs, knowledge bases, and more. It's given me and my team loads of time back.

Love that we can work in Slack, too. I want to drive absolutely everything to my Slack channels so having Tribble live in Slack is a no brainer.

I've seen demos of many other AI-powered RFP tools but no one (1)generates reliable content as quickly and (2)has the focus that Tribble does on the RFP experience.

Haven't seen one yet. All of our POCs and demos have been solid.The pricing takes some getting used to but once you get it it's a no brainer.

My business is almost entirely RFP driven. Our RFPs are 95% rinse and repeat. Tribble allows us to get great, consistent answers so that my SEs can focus on the 5% of questions that need bespoke responses. That adds a ton of time back into my team's calendar.

Tribble has helped me onboard in a new SE role by making it easy to find answers to my questions. The ability to ask Tribble complex questions, have it sift through slews of internal data, and then provide a comprehensive answer with references to the source has been a huge time-saver. Tribble is also very useful for putting together short and concise answers I can provide to customers when I am in a hurry. It's been incredibly useful, and I would highly recommend it!

The interface in Slack could use some efficiency improvements for some of the edge use-cases I have personally, so I'm not sure I would say it is a problem for most users. That being said - I provided some feedback and the co-founder took my suggestions to the product team. They seem very eager to make constant improvements, which is actually a positive.

As an account manager, I typically need to navigate between systems or ask solution experts for answers, especially when doing RFPs. Tribble takes a lot of the heavy lifting off my plate by doing that research for me. The user experience is intuitive, particularly in Slack where I interact with Tribble as if it were a teammate. Much of the data is available to me in various places, but historically took me hours or days to achieve what a few quick Slack messages are able to produce. Not only that but being able to verify the results with the specific data artifacts I would be looking for provides an extreme level of confidence in the outputs.

I am hoping my company increases the number of data sources we provide access to Tribble so that my questions can expand in scope. Not as much a Tribble issue as it is a functionality limit of my current experience.

General informational seeking about company products and internal or customer facing documentation. This can apply across both customer RFI/Ps as well as curiousity or data discovery in customer call preparation. The efficiency gained in prep time has allowed me to spend much more time on productive activity than needing to block off hours for data discovery. Making this all fully accessible through slack has made it a go-to tool because these questions I need to ask were often pointed at other internal individuals via slack, pulling them away from other valuable activities.

**What do you like best about Tribble?**

As a relatively new Tribble user, ballparking, I would guess that the solution has already cut my drafting time by at least 50%, and sometimes as much as 80% (depending on my library). The tool really is amazing, intuitive, fast, responsive, and powerful. I've used a bunch of other products over the years to support my proposal/RFP work (20 years in the space), and I'll admit I was skeptical of AI at first, but I have to say that Tribble has definitely proven that it will be an invaluable resource for me in supporting my high-volume, fast-paced Sales team.  I'm really encouraged about the future state of the product as well, it's clear that leadership has a tech, growth, and customer-first mindset. Really looking forward to seeing how the technology grows, implementing Slack in the process and engaging other users will be very exciting. This is such an interview question, "what is Tribble's greatest weakness"? It moves so fast, its challenging for a user to keep up. Ha.

I like how Tribble reads on an active repository of documentation, this keeps the information up to date. Expeditiously pinpoints answers to questionairres and provides context of where the answers came from.

Overall Tribble has been great. In the beginning I could get overconfident using it and not double check my answers, but marking answers with a confidence level and review status has changed that for the better

Tribble makes it extremely easy for AEs to get detailed questions answered about the product. It has freed up my SE and technical team for more important questions.

Tribble is only as good as the data it trains on. I haven't seen accuracy improve which is exciting.

Tribble has acclerated my ability to complete RFPs. It's also a great tool to gather product knowledge live or following customer calls.

Discoverability.  Requires 10 minute training to know how to use the product.

Solving the time it takes an SE to fill an RFP, and track down SMEs to answer questions.  Solves for database refresh and hygiene as it can ingest other documents vs having PMs write and review answers (typically low priority).  Solves for turn around in sales cycle.

Saves a ton of time in trying to track down answers and the team has been incredibly responsive with improvements. Would absolutely recommend.
