"An experiment for a non-standard use case"

What do you like best about TrialKit?

I liked TrialKit's participant-facing app. I liked the onboarding with TrialKit and our 1:1 time with a trainer as well as independent lessons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrialKit?

The sales to study development process was unclear to me as a customer. It took a while to feel like we were making headway and there were delays in our study build. Once the right people were involved, it felt collaborative. Ultimately we decided that our use-case was a little too off-label and that this could be a large barrier to site adoption of the service. What problems is TrialKit solving and how is that benefiting you?

I looked into TrialKit for a non-standard use case to see if it could meet our non-clinical research needs (e.g., recruiting and enrolling participants, completion of online forms, audit trails). I looked into many, many platforms and found TrialKit to be the most willing to work with my unique use case by coming up with creative solutions to our challenges. "Effortless Data Management and Outstanding Support"

What do you like best about TrialKit?

TrialKit is very easy to use, for both entering and monitoring data. The clinical coordinators like it for its ease of use. I also appreciate the customer support I get to troubleshoot and to walk me through the database when I can't figure out the steps on my own. Paul is a great resource. He's always prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I use TrialKit almost everyday to keep an eye on data entry and to monitor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrialKit?

It can be frustrating to go through multiple steps to validate changes to the versions. I also would have like to have the ability to easily enter screen failures when I subscribed to TrialKit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No SLA, Accountability: Rolling out Validated Features that are not FDA Compliant"

What do you like best about TrialKit?

Really disappointing software and software support. Sometimes we wait more than a week for a response and when FDA trial participants are not able to save their responses we lose 12-14 in a week at a time and do not recoup those costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrialKit?

No accountability, very buggy software, not accountable for mobile-views of their surveying tools, audio fails during sessions, heavy push for additional mobile app development and delay after delay in fixes.

Very costly, not knowing what features are validated for trials, allowing us to believe that certain features like mobile-view are validated--however, this was not true and more than 50% trial participant failures in this mode requiring us early on to purchase additional development for a mobile app separately because the mobile view was not actually validated. This was not communicated from the get-go and the trial delays and costs are unbelievable.

There are trial costs and damages in the millions in working with Trial Kit and Fuel. No accountability and dangerous practices that should raise issues with any accreditations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing software to work with and build eCRF with lots of flexibility."

What do you like best about TrialKit?

Easy to use and to make changes on the fly as you build a form. Sometimes changes are needed on the fly to a form and the system allows that flexibility without delays to timelines.

Full control of the build, implementation and easy to integrate ideas into the build.

What do you like best about TrialKit?

A lot of customization that allowed us to design the study to our specification. The Trialkit team was great at helping and always listens to the customers to their needs and providing a lot of support.
