It seems you have found our first type of trendviews we have at our disposal, we called this a “historical” trendview. This type of trendview is saved with a fixed date and time for both the starting and ending point in time, allowing you to view historical data. The second type of trendview is similar to the historical view in terms of the starting point in time, we called this a “Live view fixed start time” trendview. However, it automatically extends the endpoint to the current moment every couple of seconds or when you reopen the view. The third type of trendview allows you to set a fixed period, which shifts every couple of seconds, and the end point is automatically adjusted to the current moment also when you reopen the view. It is just now, 2022, building in SSO. But the migration of existing profiles is not scalable enough (at least yet). It is difficult to set up a differentiated authorization structure for Asset Frameworks (no group or LDAP DN support). **What problems is TrendMiner solving and how is that benefiting you?** For a TrendMiner beginner, already the basic search and trending is a step up from previous tools. The value-based search as well as the search based on similarities is incredibly helpful in identifying minor deviations in the process and thus improving the process in the long term. **What do you dislike about TrendMiner?** I don't like the fact that I can only work with continuous data for Golden Batch analyses or predictions. Especially for batch processes I only get one analysis value per parameter for the whole batch. It would be great if I could predict a quality based on historical data.
