Trendminer is easy to use, yet powerwul. We have many facilities around the world using a variety of data sources (data historian systems, SQL databases, etc.) and Trendminer allows us to put all this data together for monitoring and analysis.

Customer Support is second to none. I have used the Chat with Us feature quite a few times and always received a useful response in a timely fashion. I also joined the Trendminer Community and found many nice tricks and ideas there, exchanging with Trendminer employees and customers. Trendminer is one of the easiest data analytics tools I have encountered so far. It enables our production team to perform data analysis and solve problems on their own. It also makes it very easy to import data from other sources, which would otherwise be time-consuming to incorporate.

I really like the flexibility it has and the support they provide as a brand. Every time we have wanted more information or have had problems developing something on the platform, they have helped us in a fairly short time. Something that happens when being so flexible and continuously adopting new features is that users sometimes have trouble adapting to the changes, and as soon as they manage to do so, it doesn't take long before another change occurs. Most helpful is the quick and advanced searching in trends for root causes of happened incidents. Furthermore, we build dashboards for important process data to have a quick look on the development over time. TrendMiner is frequently used over all sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Advanced functions are not fully intuitive in the usage and need training which is well supported by TrendMiner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the versitility in analyzing large timelines of data as well as the access to realtime. The statistical analysis combined with the visuals creates a story that can be seen as well as read. The willingness and availability of a real person to talk to is probably the best selling point. The possibility of intergrating it into our other monitoring software packages lloks very inviting. The more I play with the software the more I find more uses and situations where it can be implemented. Correlation of the data and use of the timeline can find where any issues occured. This may be a lack of knowledge on my part but I do find it diffucult to "lock in" my time scale. On several occasion I had reset my timeline due to accidentally scolling on it and changing my data sets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The program interface is very intuitive and easy to understand. The attached data is processed really fast, the most similar to a self-service. The conversations with the support team when we have had problems were very satisfactory, no doubt it improves all the engineering processes of the company with an intelligent and successful management. Expensive software, little interaction with the user, TrendMiner formats are sometimes confusing, there is also little information for the correct use of the program and the real use of all its benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Totally autonomous we do not need a scientist to manage data, I like that the design of the program is aimed directly at engineers, the panels are customized, I like that I can manage the production of our services efficiently with the platform that we offer, the monitoring service is very powerful works 24 hours a day freeing up time and costs for companies that hire the software. I can not judge, but the software so far has not given problems, the interface that presents if I consider that this something obsolete we could have more updates with a more intuitive and easy to use interface, the templates provided are well done, but I return to the theme that we need something more updated.
