Trendemon provides a mix of tools that allow us to improve our user experience while getting amazing analytics. We know exactly how our content performs, and at which step in the funnel.

The tool is very intuitive and user friendly. It allows us to create custom exit popups and content recommendations.

Trendemon integrates with Marketo, and that gives us the ability to create various audiences from our Marketo data.

Another thing that I love in Trendemon, is the fact that they listen to our needs, and add new features very often.

There is no direct connection between different areas, and as a result, in order to see the performance of a personalization unit you need to switch to another area, rather than have a seamless transition and at a click of a button see the performance of a certain unit. Our marketing team was challenged by the inability to see exactly which pieces of blog content influenced lead conversions, and at what point along the funnel. TrenDemon's analytics gave us that inside look. We began using two of their metrics -- read ratio and proceed ratio -- as key measurements of content success (in addition to leads, schedules, and qualifieds), and track them on a weekly basis. Since doing so, we've gained the necessary info to make decisions for improving the performance of our blog as a whole. Additionally, the customer success department is wonderful. Our CS manager is super helpful and delivers our customized reports (of which there are several) every week. Whenever we have questions or problems he is always responsive and helpful. The only negative point, according to our CS manager, is that the platform is not yet able to automate the customized reports we require.
