The team at TD is incredibly patient and willing to listen to different use cases and problems you're trying to solve. This is my first time using the platform and it was very intuitive for a first timer. I like the different features it has for promoting your content in different ways, on different areas of your website. The feature that we most appreciate TrenDemon is that it provides us with the ability to capture leads in a variety of ways. While there is plenty to enjoy and appreciate about TrenDemon, the thing that we dislike the most is the lack of more results graphs and metrics. If it were possible to see how a particular campaign was converting over the course of a certain time peroid or the ability to compare to campaigns, that would help us to refine our strategies. Sometimes it can be challenging to dedicate enough time to utilize the platform to its full potential, but overall it's a very user-friendly tool. I could spend all day in Trendmon and not run out of ways to optimize or new campaigns/offers to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
