It goes a step further than Apex One by incorporating detection and sensor rules to the endpoint agent. **What do you dislike about TrendAI Vision One?** While the XDR product itself is nice, I'm not a fan of Trend's piecemeal licensing model. Whereas XDR should act as a full-featured, standalone product, it is either purchased as an add-on to Apex One or as a standalone product to augment endpoint protection agents from other vendors. In my experience with other EDR products, the threat protection and EDR functions are bundled into a single product with one administrative interface. **Recommendations to others considering TrendAI Vision One:** Consider your EDR & XDR needs as well as any other products you may have in place already which overlap in functionality.
