I really like Trend Vision One - Endpoint Security because it's a single unit installation for our endpoints that we can manage from our console without going to each device. We can deploy policies like device control and application control all from the console. The best part is the solution allows us to manage more than 10,000 agents, which is incredibly useful. Basically, in Trend Vision One - Endpoint Security, I think, it covers all of them, but we need to elaborate more. Like, we have to get access of control access. Modules. A lot of them are configurable separately, it is a real pain.

Policy management is a nightmare vs other vendors or even other TM products.

The agent app is very heavy and affects endpoint performance quite a lot.

What I don't like about Trend Vision One - Endpoint Security? Honestly, the console is way too cluttered with options and categories everywhere. Like, you're in the middle of a night shift, some sketchy endpoint alert pops up, and you gotta hunt through like 10 menus just to isolate it or check the hash. If they simplified it—maybe let you customize views for SOC basics vs. all the fancy deep-dive stuff—it'd save so much time. Right now, everything jammed in one place slows me down big time, especially when tickets are piling up. On top of that, learning all the different models, detection types, and configs is a total grind. Took our team weeks to get comfortable, and every update messes with what you thought you knew. I remember one rollout where half my playbooks broke because categories shifted—super annoying when you're already juggling Defender and QRadar. They could make onboarding quicker with better defaults or role-based shortcuts, you know? It's powerful stuff but feels like overkill for daily threat hunting. Oh, and reporting could be snappier too—exporting logs for tickets takes extra clicks when I'm just trying to close cases fast. Vision One console has been a great companion for our IT team to protect our IT assets from Cyber Attacks. The UI has laregely improved from the previous generations. It's is really easy to get started with the implementation. Few times we had contact their support for some troubleshooting which they have propmtely resolved our issue.

Apex One allows centralized management of client machine security, it allows us to supervise the 180 machines in our network, and the Trend Micro agents' auto-update saves time. The graphical interface is a bit outdated

best part about this produt is its implementation. its easy to deploy into the endpoints. during my time with this product the customer support was very helpfull during the issues i faced pre and post deployment of the product. talking about the features i find that that major USP is web reputation and application block feature, which usually is not provided by other OEM's. I have been using and studing this product frequently for most likly 2 years now. Its integration with other products is also good with a wide range of products to integrate with. The User interface looks outdated to use. along side the major drawback i faced during the period i used this product was the time it took to push a particular policy to the endpoints. Also sometimes even after managing the policy like web reputation and device block, it sometime doesnot do that. so as a user i feel like its not that easy to use and interact with.
