## Trello Reviews
 ### 1. Effortless Kanban Organization for Team Projects and Personal To-Dos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohit T. | Application Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Trello?**

It is very very easy to use. Whenever I start working on a project with m y colleagues or on a project with my friends, the first step is to make a Trello board. Tracking progress of others and for myself too is so easy. I started using Trello as my personal todo list too. I specially like the Kanban style layout. Work stays organized and I can track my tasks.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

I would say nothing. Only thing that comes to mind that if I try out figuring dependencies in the team for a particular task, it does not help. I would like a dependency graph of the team project as a feature.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me organize my tasks and projects and efficiently delegate subtasks to others. It increases accountability and boosts productivity

 ### 2. Keeps Our Projects Clear and Visual

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cami C. | Freelancer, Management Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Trello?**

I really like how simple and visual Trello is. The board and card system makes it easy to see progress at a glance. It's quick to update, and easy to learn, which makes the whole process feel uncomplicated. I love how it helps keep projects simple and easy to follow. The boards give us a clear view of each project, and the cards break work into small manageable tasks. It's convenient to move cards as work progresses and add comments, attach files, and tag team members. Trello keeps everything visible and easy to track without long meetings.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

It can get messy when boards grow too large. Tracking complex projects with many dependencies is harder. Recording features are limited, so we sometimes need other tools for detailed tracking and analytics.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trello to manage projects and track team tasks. It helps us design work, set deadlines, and monitor progress on a shared board. Trello keeps accountability clear, helps avoid delays, and keeps projects simple and easy to follow.

 ### 3. Keeps Projects Organized and Collaboration Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle K. | Director of Finance & Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Trello?**

I really like Trello because it keeps everything organized in a visual, easy-to-follow way. The boards, lists, and cards make it simple to track projects, share updates, and collaborate with others without anything getting lost. I also appreciate how flexible it is—I can customize each board to fit exactly what I need, whether it’s managing tasks, planning timelines, or keeping documents in one place. Overall, it helps me stay clear, focused, and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

One thing I dislike about Trello is that it can feel limited when managing more complex projects. As boards grow, they can become cluttered, making it harder to find information quickly. Some features that would improve workflow—like advanced reporting, automation, or detailed task dependencies—often require paid upgrades or third-party add-ons. Because of that, Trello sometimes feels better suited for simple task tracking than for fully structured project management.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello helps solve the problem of keeping projects, tasks, and communication organized in one place instead of scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and conversations. It gives you a visual workflow that makes it easy to see what’s in progress, what’s coming next, and what still needs attention. This helps prevent things from slipping through the cracks and reduces the time spent searching for information. For you, the biggest benefits are clarity, better organization, and smoother collaboration—you can quickly track progress, assign tasks, and keep everyone aligned without extra back-and-forth. Trello ultimately makes managing work more efficient and less overwhelming.

 ### 4. One Best Place to Track Your Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhaskar A. | Full Stack Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Trello?**

What I appreciate most about Trello is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to keep track of our tasks. This helps ensure that we stay on top of pending or backlog items and don't fall behind.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

There’s really nothing I dislike about Trello, except that it doesn’t provide push notifications. Because of this, I have to open the platform each time to check for any updates or activity.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trello within my organization to monitor individual activities and track progress as part of our agile scrum process. The platform makes it easy to see which tasks are currently in the Doing column, which ones remain on the to-do list, and which have been completed on time. We are also able to keep track of task due dates and collaborate seamlessly with team members to get updates on each task. Additionally, we can assign tasks directly to team members, which helps keep everyone organized and accountable.

Trello really shine as a project management platform, all information is updated quickly, using it daily is a must for smoother projects workflow.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Project budgeting to allocate accurate cost and expenses that each project can spend is looking good on the paper, but doesn't reflected in real situation. No notification sent-out when the budget is reaching its threshold, project manager can spend more than the allocated numbers without triggering alert.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello acting as primary project management and controller to track project time and expenses relating to projects.

Whether I need to create lists, checklists, due dates, or labels, Trello allows me to adapt to the specific needs of different projects.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ntate N. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Trello?**

The User Interface is quite intuitive, with lists, boards, and cards to manage to-do lists. The automation part can be challenging at the beginning, but once you get the hang of it, you'll see the full benefits of Trello. Don't even talk about Power Ups to integrate third-party apps you're already using.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Trello can do with more features to manage information like Text file editors, a Database, and table modules. Unfortunately, there are other apps from Atlassian for this. It feels like the App is lagging behind on the packing order, with Jira leading the way.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello is that App I go to to get a glance of my week tasks without distraction of the tech. The UI just feels clean and this is quite invaluable especially in the morning when they are a lot on the plate.

As a freelancer, I get multiple tasks from multiple clients. To keep everything on track, I create a card for each task on my to-do list and move it to ‘In Progress’ or ‘Done’ as I work on it. I also set deadlines to avoid procrastination.

 ### 16. Effortless Task Management, Lacks Complex Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali A. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Trello?**

I like Trello because it's simple, fast, and quick. It works all the time, which is important because we've used more complex software that are slow on some devices. Trello is quick enough to put a task on it and add a comment efficiently. I also find the initial setup super easy.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

For more complex project management, Trello is lacking in timesheets, better communication, documentation, and integration with other software.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trello for delivering projects on time, tracking issues and bugs, and delegating tasks effectively.

 ### 17. Trello: What Works and What Could Work Better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vincent B. | Professional Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Trello?**

I particularly enjoy Trello's user-friendliness — its drag-and-drop functionality is intuitive and makes managing tasks straightforward and visual. The ease of implementation is also a bonus, with little setup required to get started using it. I also enjoy the ease of integration with other tools like Slack and Google Drive for integrated workflows. Plus, the customer support team is responsive when I've had questions.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

While there are numerous features in Trello, the number of features sometimes takes a backseat to other project management applications in higher-level project tracking. The frequency of use decreases when higher-level functions are needed because it does not natively support all types of project methodologies. Additionally, some integrations would be more graceful, which impacts the overall ease of integration in some workflows.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello enables me to organize my projects and work in an open, graphical way that is a snap to comprehend on sight. It's intuitive, so I spend less time on workflows and more time working. Because it's simple to use, I can get the team onboard easily without spending a fortune on complicated training. Trello's easy integration with other tools ensures all my project information is at one location, improves communication and improves the productivity of my work. Overall, it keeps me productive and reduces confusion in day-to-day operations.

Trello helps keep tasks organized and visible, which reduces miscommunication and missed deadlines. It allows our team to track progress in real time, making collaboration smoother and ensuring everyone stays aligned on priorities.

 ### 20. Seamless planning

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Ease of setting up boards to distribute task and help with workload management. It helped to balance the resources I had to deliver projects.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

At the time I wished that I was able to link tasks better. I haven't used it in about a year so it might have improved. But having ability to have a follow up task would have been ideal for my needs.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distribution of work to my team. Having the ability to see at a glance who is working on what and others to view that too and see whom of their colleagues might be overloaded helped with work sharing.

 ### 21. Trello is simple and powerful enough for project management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** José V. | Scrum Master, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Trello?**

It is so simple that a kid can understand its main purpose for prioritizing and tracking the work that is being done.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

It doesn't have useful statistics on it's own. It can be integrated with other tools though.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us have transparency with the work everyone is doing in the team as well as prioritize work to be done directly with our clients in a really easy way.

 ### 22. There are easily reporting facilities for project management.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mit P. | PHP developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Trello is an excellent tool for many different types of projects. It’s versatile and feature-rich. Best of all it has a free version that includes the majority of the useful features. I’ve been using Trello since it was first released. My first Trello project was to manage a weekend event that I was running. It was a festival that included food, games, and entertainment. Trello became a critical tool for me to manage all of the tasks and activities that needed to be done before, during, and after that event. I was able to categorize the tasks by booth, priority, assigned to, and status. There are other categories that you can use but the ones I chose allowed me to do it visually. Being able to quickly log in and get the updates/information I needed based on a visual representation was a game changer for me. Trello is intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Trello is a great tool to have, but it has some limitations that force business owners to look for alternatives. The major downsides of this tool are: ‘It’s not for big projects’ and ‘Key features are missing that include File Sharing, Time Tracking, Reporting, and Discussions.
No Gantt chart for planning to show to customer
No capacity planning (most important drawback): You’ll never be able to measure if the target dates you plan are realistic. You may have 2 team leaders who expect to use the same resource at 100% for the same period, but the tool won’t tell you (you need real capacity planning for that)
No tool to implement quality processes (risks mgt, change mgt, measure KPIs …)

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello is a kanban-based collaboration and task management tool that is perfect for all kinds of projects and teams. It allows you to manage tasks in one shared space, assign tasks and manage deadlines, and track individual or team tasks in one place.

Trello also offers features like checklists inside cards, custom fields, integrations with other tools, time tracking, and reporting analytics.

It is a visual tool that empowers your team to manage any type of project, workflow, or task tracking. Trello makes it easy to monitor every aspect of your project, from initiation to completion, and helps you stay organized and on track.

By using Trello, you can simplify complex projects and processes and manage any project (big or small) with ease.

 ### 23. Our Go-To Tool for Content Management and Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Çağrı M. | Content Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Trello’s visual simplicity and flexibility are what I like best. It’s easy to organize tasks, move them across stages, and collaborate with my team. Whether I’m working on blog content, YouTube videos, or other marketing projects, Trello’s intuitive drag-and-drop interface allows for smooth management. I also appreciate the wide range of power-ups and integrations, especially with Google Drive and Slack, which help streamline our workflows. The ability to automate tasks using Butler is another huge time-saver for our team.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

While Trello excels at simplicity, it can feel limited when managing more complex projects. Features like detailed reporting, time tracking, and analytics are missing or require third-party integrations. It would also be helpful to have better task dependencies or Gantt chart functionality natively. Although there are workarounds with power-ups, these features could improve Trello’s utility for teams managing larger projects or requiring more detailed project management capabilities.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello makes it super easy to keep all our content projects organized in one place, which was a big problem before. We used to struggle with tracking progress and knowing who was responsible for what—especially when it came to managing blog posts, YouTube videos, and our overall content calendar. Now, everything’s laid out clearly on one dashboard, so the whole team can see what's going on.

It's really improved how we communicate and work together. We don’t miss deadlines anymore, and we can adjust to changes without feeling overwhelmed. Plus, the automation tools like Butler save us a ton of time on repetitive stuff, so we can focus more on the actual content. Overall, it’s just made our workflow smoother and more efficient.

it is sufficient for a small team with a simple project but complex projects are not favourable for Trello. Trello lacks advanced features like time tracking. it cannot handle a high volume of team members and tasks.

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Trello has been essential for managing team projects and individual workflows. Its customizable boards make it easy to track timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress. Advanced Reporting and dynamic dashboards provide real-time insights into team performance and priorities, helping us meet deadlines and cut down on status meetings.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

While Trello is great on desktop, the mobile app has some limitations. It lacks features like bulk task updates and detailed reporting, making it harder to manage projects on the go. T

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello has transformed how we manage workflows and automate tasks. For overseeing marketing campaigns with multiple teams and tight deadlines, its Gantt chart view is invaluable for tracking dependencies, timelines, and task ownership. Integrations with tools like Google Drive and Monday.com have streamlined our processes by centralizing resources.

**What do you like best about Trello?**

- Trello has incredible options, with it we have been able to improve the time it takes us to develop and follow our projects.

- Its interface is simple and easy to use, and it also has versions for many types of devices.

- It allows me to schedule important dates, and I can also handle updates to multiple tasks at the same time.

- Another important advantage is that I can create personalized views of the projects, either for our clients or bosses.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

It has options to create flowcharts, however this feature lacks advanced options and is a bit difficult to manage.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello has enabled our work team to provide our clients with a faster response, since we can track tasks in real time and manage documents and information from any device with internet access, it also keeps things organized which is essential for our company.

 ### 29. Making work more productive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria L. | Marketing Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

What I like most about Trello is the ease of organizing projects according to your needs. You can include the stages you require, so that you can track your campaigns and activities from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

I have been using Trello for several years and in general their free plan works pretty well, however they have removed some features from that plan and moved them to the paid plan, which is not so cool.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to organize projects in board form, which makes collaborative work and monitoring easier.

 ### 30. I just think of each side of my business and personal life as a flexible board

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khalil G. | Technical Communications Contractor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Trello is visually appealing, highly customizable, and easy to implement within teams. Moreover, pricing plans are beyond affordable for everyone.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

I can never understand the lack of an offline desktop app. Internet connection can be shaky or even non-existent. Think about business travelers and digital nomads, how can they seamlessly update and nurture their cards and lists on their notebooks? While Trello is available offline on mobile apps, the latter are not convenient for all sorts of tasks.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello helps where traditional checklists-based programs fail: It makes it easy to:
1- Filter, reschedule, and move tasks along the workflow.
2- Add extra notes and subtasks to each of those cards while keeping the dashboard clean and appealing.

 ### 31. Excellent tool for teamwork

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis A. | Systems Engineer, Javascript, PHP, Html5, css, Ajax, MySql, Laravel, React., Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Trello is an excellent tool for teamwork, it allows you to keep track of the tasks and activities that each staff is carrying out. raise supports, generalize roles, and have better organization within the work area.

The collaboration of the projects is all done in real time, allowing us to be up to date when making some changes.

It has a mobile application, which today is an option that should not be missing in any system.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

As a disadvantage, it can be said that it is dependent on the internet, it cannot be used locally without the internet.

For projects that are very large, it can be a little difficult to use, since its card system, being very large projects, is limited and cannot be understood.

It could have more integrations with more tools that help provide it with more resources to carry out the activities.

The interface could be improved or have more customization, although if it has customization options, more functionalities could be added.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello helps me with the tedious topic of managing projects and working as a team. I can keep track of the tasks and activities carried out by the other members of the work table.

 ### 32. Amazing project management tool. I has helped me a lot in keeping track of our marketing tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

It's interface is very simple and that's exactly what I love about Trello. Plus the best part is the plugins that thehy offer; it makes the tool so much more powerful

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Only the board view is available in the free plan. It would've been better if they could also make the timeline view free as it's a very important feature.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before trello, all of our marketing tasks were discussed and allocated verbally which was very difficult to keep a track of. with trello, we were able to keep a track of every team member as to what tasks are they currently working on and how much time they're taking for each task.

 ### 33. Trello-The Best Task Scheduler

The integration with other tools like Google Drive and Slack has been particularly helpful in streamlining communication.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Limited Advanced Features
Scaling issues for bigger teams
Limitation of free version
No native reporting

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping in diving the tasks, helpful to gain an idea about productivity.

 ### 35. Simplify strategic project management with intuitive task tracking and visual layouts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Trello is a great tool for the strategic management of projects. I like the fact that it is so simple to move tasks from one stage to another by just dragging and dropping them. The visual layout is my assistant in tracking everything at a high level on one screen. In the planning sessions, data presentation is simple as there are different ways of looking at it. It is comprehensible, hence the whole team can easily stay on the same page.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

The major problem with Trello is that private items or personal notes can't be easily distinguished from shared team boards. The reminders and notifications for personal tasks are also seen by the team which is a distraction.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello enables me to arrange and follow up on many projects at the same time, thus no task is missed. It improves the team collaboration by showing clearly what each person is responsible for and when the deadline is. This has greatly increased our productivity and the project delivery time.

 ### 36. Trello gets resources developed through digital projects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike E. | Data Entry Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

The best feature of this website is that it is very simple, this makes it possible for me to use it without having to complicate it excessively and the interface is also simple and intuitive. With Trello I can just start any kind of work because it is very easy to work with it due to the variety of projects that can be done, it is only necessary to adapt it to a team that does not know how to start a project in Trello has many models that are simple to change to a larger project. The way in which Trello is elaborated makes the cooperative work as comfortable as possible, since it allows me to add work teams to the people that I and they can assign tasks and order them according to the importance or the load they have, in addition to the availability of each member, so that the way in which tasks are assigned is well structured, and it is not necessary to have extensive meetings to organize a work group.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Getting around a job may be very easy because there is no clear sign that it has been overlooked showing the totality of the work that has been done. It sounds somewhat repetitive, however, I have had to hear it manually as there is no signal to indicate that a job has been skipped, for this reason it is common to miss jobs when there are many. However, it would be good to add something where it is not so suffocating in the case that a project is planned in steps and a person decides to go ahead in his work because he considers it is "easy", it is indicated that he has old pending tasks, or that he has skipped several tasks so that he is more aware automatically and does not need to make manual controls.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello is a good alternative for small groups or individuals who wanted to manage themselves efficiently and also as a tool for managing projects and tasks in a way that fits through customization itself, conceiving needs that are different for each group or individual. This redesign was the resolution to the problems of the spreadsheets I used previously, so that more practical to have it in mind on a daily basis, in addition, it is not necessary for me to worry about the failures of the platform because everything is based in the cloud, so that the maintenance of it does not depend on me but on Trello, so it became a more viable alternative to take into account.

 ### 37. Trello is the perfect kanban app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse K. | Documentary editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Trello is simple to use and perfectly designed. From the boards to the cards, to lists, comments, attachments, etc, every part of Trello has been refined and is spot on.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

More and more apps are combining kanban with notes, such as Notion. Trello does a great job connected with external apps like Google for documents, but it could be helpful to have some sort of document creation system inside Trello.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you have multiple projects at varying stages of development, a kanban board is really helpful. Trello makes it easy to create projects, assign people, list tasks, and have conversations aboutr projects.

 ### 38. Trello's Simplified Agile and Kanban Workflow Management

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

Trello provides software development projects with a smooth and user-friendly platform for managing Agile and Kanban workflows. Tasks can be easily created and organized because to its user-friendly interface, and they can be shown through customisable boards, lists, and cards. Teams may modify their workflow to meet the unique needs of each project thanks to Trello's flexible board structure.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Additionally, while Trello's ease of use is one of its main advantages, it might not have all the complex project management capabilities of more all-inclusive applications. Teams working on more complicated and large-scale projects might need extra features that Trello doesn't offer by default, which would mean using third-party applications or finding other solutions.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Software development teams gain from Trello's improved workflow flexibility, streamlined task management, and more communication because it increases project transparency and efficiency.

 ### 39. Trello's ability to enable dashboards is amazing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia A. | Senior Multimedia Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

When it comes to finding, there are many filters using categories and categories that can be used to support in speeding your discovery on your dashboard. Trello offers high flexibility when it comes to customizing the display to suit the needs of the group. A variety of shades, shapes, icons, labels and organization methods are available. Trello makes it very easy to keep track of the activity everyone is doing, has done, and has yet to do. The totality for everyone is clearly displayed in one area. The first use of Trello was free, its user interface was very clear and new members were easily added, everything it does is as advertised. Creating and assigning categories to different individuals is simple and obvious. The customization abilities make it possible for you to conceive your game plan the way you would want it for your own.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

If you wish to carry out documents precisely on your desk for different duties, Trello won't be the best choice for you, on the grounds that you'll be constrained to more concise descriptions. Trello doesn't have native support for calendars, but other apps do. It's not that tree-like work tables have negative features, however, Trello is limited to them, unlike others that offer different approaches that are possible to use.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Trello to plan and track quarterly group goals and projects. We use it in order to separate goals by groups and then by personal issues. It makes it easier to organize and visualize things and also to track them. It is not used throughout the institution, but only in departments, where it is more optimal. Trello is very beneficial for groups that have collective work and do not worry about integration with the calendar. If Kanban boards work for you, use Trello. If more than that is needed, or you want a combination with the calendar, it may be more beneficial to find other ways. If you prefer simple, short job and project narratives, Trello is for you. If a lengthy and particular narrative is necessary, you need to place it elsewhere.

 ### 40. Smart and ergonomic board for activities

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

While Trello is great at managing projects of all types, it is not very good for large projects, as it is very limited and can be tedious to keep track of things.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Trello we have been able to lighten the workload, since we can collaborate easily in carrying out activities and tasks, and it also makes tracking them much easier.

2. Managing tasks in Trello is easy.
3. You can add various tasks simultaneously.
4. There are numeruos number of features for our disposal.
5. You can easily add task for other members also.

2. It dosen't give any notification about adding new tasks.

Trello is so simple to use, the learning curve for Trello is much less than the competition
It is so flexible, it can be used for almost any use case in any sector
The Trello automation runs rings around automation capability of other software like Monday.com and ClickUp, it is so powerful and can transform how you use Trello

 ### 48. Provides an intuitive platform to share tasks and complete common projects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Trello?**

I like Trello because of ease of use. Nobody faces any challenges using it even the new users after a brief introduction. Not many software are so easy to use. I also like that you can label task cards, add people, leave comments, attack documents or leave links. This allows others to access the information they need for collaborative tasks. You can see all the tasks on the platform and users assigned those tasks.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Trello sends endless notifications to my email address. They look like spam and could be frustrating. It does not have standard restrictions controlling who can move certain cards. Anyone can drag and drop cards from one corner to the other without restrictions. I feel they should only allow those assigned a task to do so and restrict the others from accessing or moving the cards.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a common platform to access projects from our clients. Trello provided the platform that we can use to divide tasks and access resources we need to complete common projects. It helps us stay on track, remain productive, and finish projects before the clients deadline.

 ### 49. Trello makes project management easy

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

The card-based system can sometimes lack speciality features (e.g. things like workflow management)

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have many projects going at the same time, so keeping a high-level overview and the ability to quickly move tasks around is critical. On the flip side, it still allows users to drill down into a task.

 ### 50. Great project and task management tool

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello employs boards, cards, and lists for project management. Subtasks within a card can be made with checklists. Tasks can be allocated to several members, so they will be notified of any card changes. The tasks can have deadlines included.
