I sincerely appreciate the contact centre support team for their efficient support and product knowledge, which I will highlight if anyone asks about Travelport. This part is the best in Travelport. Apart from this user friendliness and ease of implementation are also beneficial. The My travelport account is also easily accessible and treasure knowledge and very helpful.

**What problems is Travelport+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrong availability raises a trust issue with Travelport's availability. I can point out some here.
1-Some SV segment gets to UN status while trying to book the seat where whereas the low fare will be available in FS entry. ( This issue is happening frequently. once we report the error, Tech support team will rectify the error, and again it comes same after a few days )

2-H9 shows 30 kg baggage in availability, but when we try to change the fare brand, it shows 40 kg under the first selected fare in the graphic view.)

3- PIA flights are randomly missing. Some will appear only if we search with * will not come if looking with  / PK

4 - CZ giving wrong fares in FS entry, while trying to book huge fare difference will be there. The travelport is giving non-available RBDs in FS availability.

The system offers excellent Ease of Implementation, with a smooth and fast installation process handled efficiently by the support team. Its high Ease of Use ensures that users can start working immediately with minimal training.

The contact centre team provides outstanding Customer Support, demonstrating advanced product knowledge and quick problem-solving skills. Their responsiveness and clarity make the system easier to use on a daily basis, increasing Frequency of Use and overall user confidence.

The dedicated account manager plays a key role in enhancing Customer Support by offering proactive guidance, regular follow-ups, and tailored solutions

The Travelport Marketplace offers a wide Number of Features, including several valuable tools available at no additional cost. These features enhance Ease of Use and encourage higher Frequency of Use

Apart this, some features like auto exchange gives the risk free from ADM

-Reliability of availability. Some flights are showing a lower booking class but are not able to sell. It goes on request and fails. It makes difficult to convince the pax after the fare is agreed based on the first availability agreed.

-Lack of support team availability after office hours and holidays.

1- Automated exchange not support some airlines
2- Need to get an auto refund similar to Amadeus
3- Unavailability of the support team in holidays and after office hours
4 Recently, UR availabilty shows wrongly, after quoting fare from the 1G bargain finder, the RBD goes to on request and fails while trying to book because of the RBD already sold out from airline.

4- Most of the airline integrated with Amadeus. Sometimes it is compelling to check with 1A also for availabilty accuracy .

Travelport helps to avoid ADMs through the automated guaranteed pricing

Itinerary printing gives a clear copy of ticket with all the needed information

The itinerary email function also very helpful for a quick result

Apart from this

Lack of call support for emergency and non-availability of chat support team is makes some bad impacts.

Recently, one UL ticket was issued in the last minutes of departure through Travelport, but after issued, it automatically got HX because of the TKNE was not passed from 1G to the airline, and pax denied boarding. So the tech side needs to be more vigilant about the accuracy of availabilities 

Sometimes we faced the issue with BSP system where the ticket did not reflect in Travelport but appeared in BSP report, which caused financial loss to us.

I am writing to report a technical issue regarding the addition of new bus segments within our system. Currently, we are unable to confirm the addition of new segments, a process that previously functioned without any issues.

1. Client Profile- This must be really looked into as the profile can be created, deleted modified by anyone. For Corporate Travel profile plays a vital role in streamlining the process.
2. Case Creation- For every issue the case has to be created, this is delaying the process.
3. Reissue- For IT fares we have to reissue the ticket manually. This must be looked into.
4. Discrepancy in terms of fare content, at times the RBD is also not available. Most of the issues are with SV airline.
5. Admin access is very limited when I compare with Sabre. Can't even create log in if we have a SVB id.
6. ISOS- Queue management- The dependability is more on Travelport. 
7. Restricted data client wise- In Travelport there is no option to restrict some specific data based on the client profile, restriction is more PCC wise instead of client wise.
8. Customer Support- Local team support is required during holidays.

Currently, issues are being addressed on an ad hoc, case-by-case basis. However, there is a real need to scale up the process in order to effectively manage corporate travel.

Easy access even limited internet .User-friendly interface and quick response time make it easier to issue tickets and manage reservations.

**What do you dislike about Travelport+?**

We are facing issues with the auto reissue and auto refund functions. At times, when we register a case through the Travelport website, it takes a long time to get resolved.

Additionally, for Saudia tickets, we frequently encounter problems with web check-in and seat map displays, which often show incorrect information. This issue was already escalated one month ago but has not been resolved yet.

Saudia Airlines Business Class seat map configuration is displaying incorrectly for Europe sector , this issue escalated around 6 month before still not resolved.

The used sector is taking more than 24 hours to be removed from the PNR. Due to this delay, we are sometimes unable to process auto reissues, especially for Turkish Airlines.

The offline support, especially when dealing with ADMs caused by Travelport+ system mistakes, takes ages to resolve. The ADM gets billed to me by the airline, and I have to constantly follow up to be reimbursed, which is very tedious. I'd prefer a quicker response time, ideally 2-4 working days, instead of the current 14 working days SLA, as by then the airline's cooling-off period is over and we get billed.

**What do you like best about Travelport+?**

I find Travelport+ to be high-level performing, especially in terms of ticketing activities like fare calculation, fare combination, and hotel arrangements. I appreciate the very helpful people at the call center who assist with any issues at any time. I particularly like the FS entry; it's highly important, and it's the entry I use the most. Travelport+ allows me to use it freely, which is why I switched from Amadeus. The initial setup is very useful, and I feel confident suggesting it 99% of the time to others.

Sometimes, the printer shuts down on its own, which can be a bit inconvenient. Aside from that issue, I have no complaints about Travel Port.

Our airline ticket issuing process is very smooth, and rescheduling is handled very quickly. This allows us to assist our customers in a timely manner.

The platform brings everything together in one modern, unified environment—air, hotel, and ancillary content—making it easier and faster to search, compare, and book.
For me, the biggest benefit is efficiency. Travelport+ reduces manual work, improves accuracy, and provides cleaner, more consistent data. It also helps streamline communication with customers and partners because the information is more transparent and easier to access. Overall, it allows me to work more productively and support the sales team with better insights and faster responses

I like the smartpoints prompts and the UI of Travelport+. It's easy to use, and the helpdesk was supportive during the setup, ensuring all configurations were done smoothly. We've been using it for 10 years, which speaks to its reliability.

Sometimes tips and reminders for common mistakes during reissues are not sufficient. For some airlines, the YQ needs to be included, and for others, it doesn't, which can help avoid ADMs.

I like the smartpoints prompts and the UI, it's easy to use. It helps me with ticketing and reissue processes, and using tools like rapid reprice and automated reissues makes things smoother.

Beyond the technology — which all GDSs deliver in a similar way nowadays — the true differentiator of Travelport for us is the human touch. The work of the commercial and support teams makes all the difference and is the company’s greatest strength. Quick, efficient responses, always present and proactive, are qualities we truly value and appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Travelport+?**

There are some features that still need improvement. For example, fare calculations for premium cabins such as Business Class and Premium Economy often return as “no fare available” in the system, whereas competing GDSs are able to process the calculation normally.
We also believe the format and presentation of Viewtrip could be redesigned to be clearer and more user-friendly.

**What problems is Travelport+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The agility we have to quote, book, and issue tickets — delivering to the client a confirmation with seats assigned, frequent flyer program details added, and extras included in the reservation — is what sets us apart from the competition, which often needs to rely on a consolidator to provide information that we can deliver instantly.

**What do you dislike about Travelport+?**

While Travelport+ has made progress in several areas,
I still experience occasional system slowdowns, and some features seem less responsive, especially during peak usage periods. Additionally, certain workflows, such as modifying complex itineraries, can feel cumbersome and involve too many steps. It would also be beneficial to have more customization options and faster access to specific fare details.

**What problems is Travelport+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, I was not booking packages. However, after Travelport integrated hotel and air options, I started booking packages. EMD issuance has also become easier.
