I really like how simple it is to manage any type of trip.

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk for managing and booking corporate travel, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly. Their customer service is exceptional and recently got me out of a jam when I had an issue with a booking. They handled bookings and resolved an error with my name that didn’t match my passport by contacting the airlines. I like the booking interface, especially the map view for hotels, which is super helpful. Using map view, I can locate my office and find a hotel nearby, saving me time. The initial setup was also super easy.

I don't have anything I dislike - it's a simple and effective product.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I find Perk(formerly TravelPerk) to be user-friendly, robust, yet simple, and very efficient. I like the hands-on account management and the user and payment solutions which are easy to use and comprehensive. It's great to easily add users with different permissions and adjust things quickly. The platform allows for simple policy and payment creation and implementation, while also allowing for detailed and restrictive setups when needed. The reporting tool provides all the information I might need. The initial setup was very easy for my team.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Re-approvals on flights that increase in price in the time it takes to confirm the fare are a bit tedious and require customer service to approve via email. It would be nice to have an approval button/prompt.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk is user-friendly, robust, and efficient, with hands-on account management. It simplifies adding users and creating policies, allows detailed control, and offers comprehensive reporting tools.

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) is both web-based and application-based, so I can use it anywhere as long as I have my phone or laptop. It's fantastic because it allows me to book things at the best price and at exclusive rates without needing to put them on my business card. I also don't have to submit any receipts, and it goes straight to the approvers. It's really good at sending me flight details, updates, and booking insurance all in one platform. It is so easy to use, and I could use it straight away.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

N/A

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 7. One-Stop Shop for Business Travel with Easy UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pearl G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like how Perk makes booking travel for work easier. I can view all flights, trains, and hotels in one place, and I can pay with the company account instead of using my company card and dealing with lots of separate invoices. The easy UI and simple booking process are great because they let me view all my bookings in one place, which is really helpful during my busy weeks. I also really appreciated how easy the initial setup was; I just logged in with the company SSO.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I don't like how Perk sometimes doesn't display all the flight times or the best-priced options. It could be more transparent and trustworthy to ensure it doesn't just show expensive flights. It would be better if all options matched up with airline price websites to always give the customer the best option.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can view all flights, trains, and hotels in one place and pay with the company account, avoiding multiple receipts. Perk simplifies booking and saves time during busy weeks.

  ### 8. Effortless Travel Booking with Efficient Search

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrej L. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk to book flights, hotels, trains, and car rentals, much like I would use a travel agency. The search engine is great, as I usually find what I need faster than composing an email to a traditional travel agency. I reserve trips for about 80 travelers in our organization, so my job gets done faster and searching past or draft trips is a breeze. Simple - efficiency. I value the tools for trip reservations. Another positive note is that the initial setup was handled by Perk and it was painless.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I wish there were a link between a trip and its invoice. Adding an eSIM service would also be a nice touch. But all in all, nothing major.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to book travel arrangements, like flights and hotels, which speeds up my workflow for managing trips for around 80 travelers. The search engine is efficient, making it easy to find what I need and search past or draft trips quickly.

  ### 9. Simplifies Travel Booking, Needs Better Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cali M. | Demand Generation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really like how easy it is to search for options on Perk. Booking flights is one of the easiest things on the platform, even easier than using Google Flights or any other platform. I appreciate that it automatically features flights that fit within my company's expense policy and lets me filter by options like non-stop flights. I can also book different levels of travel easily.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Often, there are times when I need to change my flight and this is a little bit difficult through Perk. I feel that sometimes it should allow you to make a change that doesn't require an approval as long as it does not add any extra cost that needs to be approved. Sometimes talking to support is also quite difficult, and I don't know whether to go through the airline or through Perk.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk allows me to book travel expenses through my company so I don't have to use my personal card, and it shows which options are in policy.

  ### 10. Easy-to-Use Platform for Quickly Finding the Best Prices and Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Easy to use and very user-friendly. It’s quick to find the best prices and the most suitable options—close to my location, with the best layovers, etc.—because the platform provides a clear, handy overview.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I struggle to get through to support, and it doesn’t seem to be available 24/7. That can be really disruptive when urgent matters come up.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like being able to book an entire trip end to end in one place, without having to jump between multiple platforms or check different providers.

  ### 11. Centralized Business Travel Booking with Helpful Chat Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk is a centralized way for our company to book travel, including transportation and hotels.

I like that everything is managed through a platform built specifically for this, so I don’t have to coordinate countless emails with stakeholders just to complete a booking. The rules and budgets are set in advance, and the available options are essentially the same ones I’d find on the major booking platforms I use privately.

Whenever I needed it, also, I had the help of customer support (through chat) to solve some issues I had.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometimes the info about what specific types of airline tickets provided (eg. included luggage) was wrong, and I had to contact support to fix it for me.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking trips for my company in scale, and keeping all things in budget.

  ### 12. Seamless Onboarding, Effortless Procurement, and Unbeatable Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

We love the ease of use. Seamless onboarding and procurement for new hires. The support has never let us down. If there was anything they could do to help us, they did it.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

There really aren’t many glaring downsides. Admin moderation could be improved a bit, especially when the sign-in option is SSO.

It would be great to have even more hotels and apartments in the selection, but that’s being improved constantly, so there’s usually a good option for any budget.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve centralized nearly all of our travel and spend reconciliation in one place. There’s no longer any need to chase down receipts, and I don’t have to be constantly on call in case someone needs a last-minute booking. And if an emergency comes up, the concierge option is there, and it works like a charm.

If you have a team that handles travel for a mid- to large-sized company with a lot of traffic, Perk is a no-brainer.

  ### 13. Effortless Booking, High Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lotti H. | Community manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk(formerly TravelPerk) to book flights and hotels for travel to our global offices and events. What I appreciate most is the ease of use when booking, which has been simple from day one. The flight search being highly customizable is invaluable, allowing me to choose different airlines and tailor my travel plans to my preferences. Additionally, not having to expense bookings myself and being able to manage everything in one process is a huge advantage.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The booking fee seems to be a bit expensive, and the flight booking is done under a generated email address, not your own email. Don't usually have problems though.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to book flights and hotels without having to expense them myself. It offers one process for bookings, is easy to use from day one, and the flight search is very customizable.

  ### 14. FlexiPerk Simplifies Travel Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avery D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

My favorite part about Perk is the FlexiPerk insurance we purchase because it allows us to get refunds back on our initial credit card. The customer service reps are very helpful, making sure any hiccups or issues are fixed and figured out, and they've been really responsive anytime we run into a problem. I also find it easy to add new travelers and cost centers.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

My main concern is never knowing how much a flight truly costs with FlexiPerk included. It would be nice to see what the fees go for exactly. For instance, the premium for booking a flight is about $15 dollars. If this could be factored into the flight cost rather than as a separate line item, it might be easier for my clients to understand why they have to pay even more on top of FlexiPerk. Finally, it can be a little bit complicated to confirm seat assignments or other details with the actual airline. Sometimes you can only book a seat or add luggage to your ticket, not through TravelPerk. I wish it could be a bit easier.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to simplify booking travel for myself and others, making it easier to coordinate and approve flights, ensure passport information is correct, and organize itineraries, including car rentals and hotels. It helps keep everything orderly and reduces back and forth communication.

  ### 15. Streamlines Travel with Smart Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like its integration with Apple Wallet for train tickets, which makes it faster to organize my tickets and boarding passes when getting ready to travel. I also like the ability to see which colleagues have stayed at hotels before booking, as it reduces the risk of choosing a bad hotel when staying somewhere new since others may have local knowledge. As an individual user, the onboarding process was very quick.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I'd like to see more efficient approvals. If my trip has multiple parts, sometimes it is too easy to need to ask for approval for each part separately which can spam my manager with many requests for the same trip. It should either dedupe these approvals or have a more integrated - 'anything else to add to this booking?' step. I'd like there to be more nuances around travel limits. We have hard limits for a train ticket but it doesn't account for longer train journeys potentially replacing flights so it being reasonable they will cost more.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk for booking trips and approvals. It simplifies booking, finds the best prices, and shows colleague hotel stays to avoid bad hotels.

  ### 16. Effortless Trip Planning, Exceptional Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather R. | Account Executive, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I love the user experience because it's super easy to book a whole trip in just a few clicks without overwhelming check outs. All the necessary elements for a trip are included, which is great. I also love the branding and overall user experience. It's fantastic that Perk keeps you informed about any potential travel disruptions and provides personalized recommendations and discounts. Making a seamless transition to Perk was a breeze, especially after using TravelPerk. It offers great value for money and makes it easier to book flights and trips quickly, even at the last minute. The initial setup was super easy, and adding new users to the platform is quick as well.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The only thing that was confusing the first time I used it was understanding how to use the booking email vs my work email with checking in for flights. But now I know where to find the info I need for an easy checkin

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to book flights and reserve accommodation, solving issues like finding suitable stays within budget and ensuring easy booking and itinerary management.

  ### 17. Easy to Use and Transparent, but Customer Service Needs to Improve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaderson G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like Perk the most because it is easy to handle. It is easy to use, very transparent, very fast. When I have a trip planned, it is super practical. Just a few clicks and I can solve what I need. For airline tickets, I find the options, see the prices, all in a very easy way. I believe that is the best part, it is very easy to handle. Moreover, the initial setup was super easy, without any difficulty, the system is very explanatory.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I once had an issue with Perk when I received a ticket that was not at the same price as was offered. It took about two weeks to resolve this, I had to exchange several emails and make phone calls. Additionally, it would be great if the support was in Portuguese, since they currently offer support in various languages, but not in Portuguese.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to quickly book flights, hotels, and vehicles. It's easy to use, transparent, and provides me with options and prices quickly and easily, which makes my travels much easier.

  ### 18. Effortless Travel Booking with Perk

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really like how easy it is to use Perk to book work travels. I can book everything on the same platform while comparing prices for flights and accommodation, and see if they fit company policies. It's convenient to have everything I need in the same place, and the platform is very user-friendly. The toggles make managing bookings between companies and employees simple. It shows me every flight option and a ton of hotels fitting my company policy. Booking and approval can be done probably in 20 minutes. The initial setup was quick and easy, allowing me to create an account, log my details, and even get miles programs on there.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I think it a good platform, where I wouldn’t change or add anything. Booking work trips should be easy and it is with Perk.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can book everything on the same platform with Perk, compare prices, ensure bookings fit company policies, and it's user-friendly. It simplifies managing bookings between companies and employees. In about 20 minutes, I can have everything booked and approved.

  ### 19. Exceptional Ease of Use with Some Integration Issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristina O. | Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk to book business trips quickly without using my personal card or requesting subsequent reimbursements. It allows me to find hotel locations on maps and compare proximity if I'm going to a conference. I appreciate the ease of use of Perk and the fact that it works very well as a business tool. Additionally, I like the feature that allows me to see where the members' meetings have been.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

There have been occasions when some integrations did not work correctly. I happened to buy a bundle with the suitcase included, but then, at the time of the ticket, this was not shown. This annoys me because I have to redo the booking, even if it's company money, the problem is more the time that is lost. Furthermore, in the case of ticket changes, the notification flow for schedule changes is not clear.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to quickly book business trips without using my personal card or requesting reimbursements. It helps me find hotel locations, follow company policies, and manage combined personal trips.

  ### 20. Effortless Booking, Instant Approvals

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mauricio S. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I appreciate that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) is easy to use and super clear. It's great that I can select a flight or a hotel and send it to my manager for approval without needing to put my payment info or deal with back and forth chats and emails for approval. As an end user, the setup was quick, and I like that there's no need to use my credit card since bookings can be approved and paid by the company.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometimes when changes are being made on flights, it's a bit complicated to know about them quickly.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk(formerly TravelPerk) to book flights and hotels for work without using my credit card and easily get approval from my manager, saving time on chats and emails.

  ### 21. Streamlined Corporate Travel with Mild Invoicing Hassles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really like the new event platform on Perk. It's been really helpful for organizing all the details for smaller team meetups, like dietary restrictions and negotiating hotel rates. I also appreciate that Perk has our travel policy baked into it. As an admin, I can see all the travel and get pinged when approvals are needed. For the most part, it's pretty easy to use. Having our travel policy incorporated directly makes it easier for people to book within policy and also allows leaving notes for booking out of policy. Overall, the platform's setup has been pretty seamless for making changes. I also really like having a direct customer support person, Morgan Riley. She's been very proactive about finding ways to help me save money like setting up the Blueprint program for discounted flights with United.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The one thing that drives me slightly bonkers is the invoicing, I have to reconcile all of the invoices. We just use one single credit card for all the travel to be booked too. And so on my end, I have to reconcile that every month. It's a lot of receipts. I do have the automated receipt connection setup, but it not a perfect setup there. It doesn't always correctly match receipts correctly. So that's slightly annoying. The other thing that drives me slightly crazy is that we pay for the Perk Pro and then we also get charged for every time that someone books travel. I wish there was a simpler way to do some of the fees because what I get a lot of the times is an employee will go to book a flight and be like, oh, I saw this for cheaper here, and I go to look, the flight is actually the same cost. It's the Perk fees that are on top that are confusing, and so they think that it's now a more expensive flight even though it's just the fee we pay to use Perk.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk for all our corporate travel, which simplifies booking for our meetings and meetups. It simplifies the amount of hand holding I need to do for employees.

  ### 22. Clear Trip Visibility, Easy Reporting, and a Nice Design

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I can see all the trips for my teams, clearly knowing what needs attention and what doesn't. Also, in the reports I can filter with the labels and see how much we have spent on each event. The platform is easy to use and the desing is nice.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I can't create events with guidelines (budget, luggage restrictions) for my team to purchase their flights on their own.
It's very difficult to get to chat with an agent, and every requests usually takes a very long time (between 2 and 10 days) to be solved.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can purchase flights for special events, keeping track of the budget and having the passengers information in one place.

  ### 23. Streamlined Travel Logistics with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel V. | Senior Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk(formerly TravelPerk) to handle all my logistics like hotels, flights, trains, and rentals. It really makes the reservation process easier since my work during the week is abroad. I love having all the reservations in one app package, which includes the option to add all my loyalty memberships to get more value. The support chat is super helpful and available 24/7, with great people helping around the clock. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) is linked to our business systems, which automates the process of claiming back expenses or waiting for authorization. Sometimes the rates weren't the best - I could walk in and buy a cheaper ticket on occasions.

**Reviewed by:** Gurkan G. | Senior Innovation and Automation Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

What I like most about Perk is how it streamlines the entire travel booking process. It makes arranging flights, trains, and hotels much easier faster and more organized. ### 27. Streamlined Corporate Bookings, Seamless Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kateryna L. | Associate Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk for corporate bookings and it helps me stay aligned with the travel manager at my company, keeping all my bookings in one place. Perk is a great app that decreases the time it takes for corporate bookings and helps find the most effective tickets that don't cost much. During business trips, I can keep everything related to the trip in one place, from train bookings and plane tickets to hotel bookings. Previously, booking was a hassle with different websites and apps, but with Perk, everything is done in one place, reducing the need for extra communication outside of Perk. I just submit the request and my manager reviews it, which is efficient since most activities happen during office hours. The initial setup of Perk was quite easy, and it streamlined my workflow effectively.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I would love to have check-ins for the flights to be done inside the Perk application instead of redirecting me to the site of Wizzair or Ryanair.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to organize all my corporate bookings in one place, aligning with my travel manager and reducing the time needed for bookings. It helps me find cost-effective tickets without extra communication, letting me focus on my main tasks by minimizing distractions.

  ### 28. Effortless Travel Booking with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdulazeez A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I love the ease of use with Perk. You can pretty much book in just three steps: search, select, and book. It makes booking flights and hotels for work trips to Paris super easy on a company level. The customer service is excellent, too. They're always responsive whenever I have issues, like when I booked on the wrong dates. I like how I can easily book and manage bookings all in one platform. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometimes I just get a random 'something is wrong' and I'll need to refresh. A clearer error message when that happens to know exactly what I did wrong. Also, clicking back should take me back to before the error, not the page before the page before the error.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to easily book flights and hotels for work trips. It's super easy to use, just search, select, and book in three steps. Their customer service is responsive and helpful, making managing bookings straightforward.

  ### 29. Convenient Travel Management with Price Savings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Herbert K. | Senior Salesforce Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I enjoy using Perk(formerly TravelPerk) because it recommends better prices and offers many accommodation options, including Airbnb. I find it easy to use on the go, making travel management convenient. I appreciate how easy it is to search for the city I want to travel to, with helpful recommendations provided. Bookings are confirmed quickly, usually within about 30 minutes, and this convenience applies to flights too. The support team provides quick and helpful feedback.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Loyalty/rewards integrations with airlines or hotels. I wish users could automatically earn and redeem points when booking through the platform.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Perk recommends better prices and offers many accommodation options, including Airbnb. It's easy to use, especially on the go, and makes travel management convenient with quick booking confirmations and helpful, quick support feedback.

  ### 30. Modern, Fast, and Easy Ticket Search

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

It’s easy to find the tickets I want, and the platform feels modern and simple to navigate. Everything loads quickly, so I can check what I need without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

There aren’t enough filters when selecting tickets. Other platforms, like Momondo, offer a few more options, which would make the app easier to use.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s convenient to use, and the mobile app is good and fast. I can order several services at once—like hotels, tickets, and a car—and place a single order for all of them together.

  ### 31. Effortless, Fast Comparison and Rewards with Perk

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Micheal F. | Product Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like how Perk makes everyday rewards feel effortless—simple, fast, and genuinely useful. It keeps things straightforward and easy to use, which makes earning rewards feel natural rather than like a chore.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I’d say the main downside is that some perks feel a bit limited and don’t always line up with what you actually need in the moment. It would be better if it were more flexible.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk smooths out a lot of the small but annoying workplace frictions—like getting quick access to benefits, rewards, or support without having to jump through hoops. For me, that translates into less time spent chasing admin tasks and more time focused on the actual work, which feels like a real win.

  ### 32. Less convenient than Google Flights or nationalrail.co.uk - and more expensive too

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Honestly I just don't like it. But I understand it's of help to my organisation's finance team, to keep all the travel invoicing together.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I'm just used to using Google Flights, national rail.co.uk and Booking.com, so find it much more natural to go to those sites when I need to book something. Sometimes the options I find on those other sites don't come up in the search on TravelPerk and I have to use the "concierge" service. And then TravelPerk charges a fee for the added inconvenience.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to file a retrospective expense claim.

  ### 33. Intuitive booking management with excellent customer service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nico Allan M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk's customer service is always there for me. I find the app itself great, and the prepaid credit cards for hotel deposits or payments are very practical, as I don't have to advance the money. The initial setup was extremely easy, everything is super intuitive to use, and we had no difficulties.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Yes, when a boss has to grant approval for a hotel booking, I often have the problem that the hotel is no longer available. And it would be much easier if the same amount that the boss has already approved could be used for a new booking without further request.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Perk, I can manage bookings more easily and feel well supported by the customer service. The app is great, and the prepaid credit cards are convenient because I don't have to pay anything in advance.

  ### 34. Efficient Booking with Reliable Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gianluca P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like Perk for its ease of use and effective communication with the helpdesk. Having prompt help always ready is essential for me since I've encountered many issues during my trips.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I don't like the AI chatbot; I'd rather personally have a human agent to interact with as most of the problems I encounter are not easy to address with AI. Also, once the trip is waiting for approval, the flights often appear as no longer available when approval is done.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk for booking flights and accommodations, simplifying bookings management. It offers ease of use and quick helpdesk communication, crucial for resolving travel issues promptly.

  ### 35. Versatile Travel Management with Flexibility Assurance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noelle W. | Company Culture Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

First and foremost, the Perk Team including sales (Kevin M.) and implementations (Allisen J.) have been amazing resources for the whole Perk journey for us. I would not have had such an in-depth understanding of the platform without them, and they are there for me whenever I need them! I like that Perk keeps sales involved even during the implementation process which I believe is key to a great relationship for both the client and internally for them. As for the platform itself, I like Perk for the ease of booking flights and the multiple flight options available. The FlexiTravel option is really helpful because, in the past, if a flight was canceled due to illness or other internal circumstances, we couldn't get a refund, but now the FlexiTravel gives us that option. The agenda feature in Perk is a game changer for how I build and then communicate events in our company. The initial setup of Perk was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I would like to schedule group travel without all flights falling under one confirmation number. It would be great that if I book more than one person on the same flight, that Perk would assign them different confirmation codes. I do understand why it is set up that way and have found other ways to book group travel on Perk.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to simplify booking flights with flexible options for cancellations and refunds. It helps in finding ideal flights with good prices and planning event agendas on a single platform.

  ### 36. Finding accommodation was easy and fit the budget

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Armando M. | Flavorist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

It was very easy to find the accommodation and, moreover, it fit the budget previously defined according to the company's policies.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I had no problem using it; the process was very simple.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I liked the most is that I no longer have to request the invoice and send it to finance, as the process is automatic. It also saves me time because it only selects hotels that comply with the company's policies.

  ### 37. Effortless Travel Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Goose W. | Senior Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I appreciate Perk's ability to make tracking and paying for travel easier for our finance team. What I really like is Perk's staff and the convenience of reaching out to our rep, Morgan Riley, which saves us a lot of headaches. The Concierge service is fantastic for booking travel that falls outside the norm, like taking kids with you or if an AirBnb has trouble booking our stay, and it really makes life easier. Perk also allows us to quickly compare flight costs from all airlines. The initial setup was super easy, thanks to Morgan Riley making the transition really smooth.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Managing an event could be easier but they are working on that for us. Sending reminder emails to staff used to be as simple as pressing a button and an automated email reminder was sent to all staff that hadn't accepted the invite to the event. Now on the new platform I have to go in and send the reminder emails individually. But like I said, they are working on tailoring this to our needs.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk makes tracking and paying for travel a lot easier for our finance team and simplifies comparing costs of flights quickly, saving headaches with personalized support.

The app makes booking hotels and flights for work a breeze, getting everything done and booked in about 5 minutes. The initial setup was also super quick, taking less than 2 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I wish we would use the expenses tool where I work.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Perk simplifies booking hotels and flights for work, making it super easy. It used to be a nightmare, but now it's done in 5 minutes through the app. The mobile-optimized UI is clean, fast, and works as expected, with excellent filter options.

  ### 39. Streamlined Travel Management, Needs Minor Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) offers a single place to organize hotels and flights, which removes the need to keep hold of paperwork for finance. It also helps with last-minute changes. I appreciate the ease of use, as it reduces the need for me to search multiple websites for good deals when organizing travel for work. Setting up was relatively easy once we had the spending limits set correctly.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I had to stay an extra night at the hotel, and it was a lot of effort to get that added on and the invoice correctly sent to my email as it was attached to the Perk email address.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk helps me organize travel bookings in one place, eliminating the need for paperwork and easing last-minute changes. It's easy to use by consolidating deals, reducing the need to visit multiple sites.

  ### 40. Perk Made Travel Booking Seamless—Responsive Support and Easy Implementation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill R. | Event Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk has been an amazing addition to our travel booking that our staff needs throughout the year. We reviewed travel platforms for hundreds of hours over an 18-month period, and from the start, Sophie R has been the most responsive, the most genuine, and the most connected to our goals and needs as a company. She and the implementation team answer every single question, as quickly as they can, and have made the implementation process as smooth as it can be when convincing people to embrace new technology! The integration into our current processes was the easiest of any new technology we have tried. We rely on the policies, and the ease of use from the admin side, in particular.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Our challenges with Perk stem from the way we chose to implement on the payment side, which brought to light some items that need tweaking, but Perk is working closely with us to set us up for success in the future, and to help us make any adjustments that are needed to fully become integrated with the tool.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main item that Perk resolves for our travel booking are the policies and being able to adjust and refine as needed in the admin side to ensure our travelers are booking the most efficient and logical travel.

  ### 41. Intuitive Interface, Easily Centralizes Trips

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I think Perk’s interface is very, very, very beautiful. And it is very simple to use. I have never really had any issues finding anything. Since it is a product that can be easily compared with other travel products, it becomes very clear that the design side is really very good. The initial setup was also very easy; I basically just had to create an account, and when I needed to add documentation for trips, it was very, very easy.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

In my last experience I had some issues with flight availability that only appeared at the end of the booking. So when I went to confirm the reservation, it said the flight was no longer available, which made me waste time having to go back and forth. And the worst part is that I even refreshed the page a couple of times and the same flight showed up several times, so I did not know if it was a bug on the site or if the flight was actually available or not. I believe improving how availability is displayed would be better.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Perk centralizes everything in one place, saving time by not having to browse different websites or check the company policies, since it already includes all the configured rules.

  ### 42. Smooth, Intuitive Travel Booking with Perk

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I used Perk for the first time at my current company, and I’ve already traveled once (with another super-trip coming up). The whole process was smooth from start to finish—intuitive, straightforward, and easy.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Nothing specific to add right now. I just feel the app should include more frequent updates and more travel tips.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes travel sound easy, and I think that’s really cool. It also allows us to see multiple options and for business trips, that's awesome!

  ### 43. Easy Booking and Approvals, but Changes to Existing Trips Feel Clunky

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk is easy to use and intuitive, and any approvals are processed directly as part of the booking process. Booking flights and accommodation is straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Changes to existing bookings are not as smooth as they could be - I had to get in touch with customer service to change a flight time, and it felt more complicated than it needed to be.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk allows us to book corporate travel within the cost parameters set up by the company. Approvals are sent through and processed automatically.

  ### 44. Streamlined Travel Management Across a Global Firm

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren P. | Managing Director, Chief of Staff, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk provides a consistent approach for all employees. Previously, travel booking was a regionally distributed process, so ensuring that all of our employees have the same experience is important. It also allows us to embed our T&E policy into the system to ensure compliance. Additionally, we received great support from our implementation team (Mark, Jill, Kendall), which made the setup generally pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

We selected Perk predominantly because we knew it would integrate very smoothly with Bill, our expense platform. I believe the accounting team found it slightly more complex of an integration than we expected, but we got there!

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk(formerly TravelPerk) helps us manage spend and compliance, tracks sustainability metrics, and improves duty of care. It offers a consistent approach for travel booking, ensuring all employees have the same experience and compliance with our policy.

  ### 45. Efficient Booking with Impressive Savings, But Support Needs a Boost

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cynthia G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk provides multiple options for every budget, which is really helpful for corporate travel bookings. The filter feature is great because it helps me find the best flights quickly without wasting time hunting for a flight within my budget. I also particularly like the Perk rates when booking hotels. These rates are essentially discounted hotel rates for Perk users, and getting a discount is a big win for me. Additionally, I found Perk pretty easy to use and straightforward to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Response times when you reach out for support are pretty slow. Whether via chat or phone call. In urgent situations, the user experience is not the most pleasant

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk's filter feature helps me quickly find flights within budget, saving time. I also appreciate the multiple options for different budgets and the discounted hotel rates with Perk, which I consider a big win.

  ### 46. Great Idea, But Flight Changes and Support Make It a Hassle

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac P. | Field Service Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The premise is great: being able to book everything from one place, all at the same time.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

It’s a nightmare to change flights, and sometimes even to book new ones. Having to go through support again and again takes so much effort that it ends up feeling worse than just booking everything myself.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, none of these issues have been resolved. If anything, it feels like they’re only getting worse.

  ### 47. Streamlined Travel Booking with Payment Convenience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marti G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk is very easy to use. I appreciate that I don't have to go through different booking platforms for flights, stays, and rental cars, as I can do everything in the same site. It's valuable that payments are automatically handled, so I don't have to put my money upfront and then wait for my employer to reimburse me. I also found the setup process not hard, as we could easily start booking travels once the travel documents were submitted.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

It runs a bit slow, sometimes not all the flights, hotels, and car rentals are available, and it's not very flexible when it comes to editing a booking. Also, it should include more booking options, like airport parking.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to book flights, stays, and rental cars on the same site, saving time and hassle. It's valuable not needing to pay upfront, as the bookings are instantly paid by them.

I love that it always has tickets at hand and effective customer service in case of any travel issues. The reminders as my trip approaches are also very useful. The direct connection with Google made the initial setup very easy.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

At the moment, I haven't found anything.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to select trips quickly and have centralized information. It is simple and effective for booking and reviewing tickets, with attentive customer service and timely reminders.

  ### 50. Streamlined Travel Bookings with Personal Touch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

As a remote employee, I love using Perk for booking travel and accommodation when visiting the office. It makes booking trips easy by billing directly to my employer, eliminating the need to use my credit card and claim expenses back. I appreciate the wide range of options for travel modes and hotels, and I really like the Concierge service for arranging custom bookings, like when booking the Caledonian Sleeper. Sorting hotel options by price and distance makes it easy to find the perfect place to stay. The Concierge service is like having a personal assistant, saving me a lot of time. I also enjoy the social proof of seeing which hotels are popular with my colleagues. Adding trip details automatically to my Google calendar is a great feature, and I like that I can add booking details to EasyJet's iPhone app for easy access to flight details and boarding passes. Setting up Perk was very straightforward, as it allowed me to log in with my Google account and add loyalty schemes easily, so I can claim points through bookings.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk makes booking travel easy and bills directly to my employer, avoiding credit card use and expense claims. I like the wide range of options, including custom bookings via the Concierge service, and seeing colleague reviews helps choose hotels.
