The customer service is fast, but ineffective. I had problems using the address. The box number is like a PO box and doesn't always work with companies. Ultimately I wasn't able to use the address for everything. I asked for a scan in December and they charged me for it in January. My request was not in January, so this is annoying. Unrelenting invoice notifications that are charged to your account without prior notice. You'll rack up (small but) frequent overages if you're not careful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
