Traqq has been an essential companion in my role as a graphic designer. However, one improvement that would greatly benefit designers is the addition of integration with popular design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud or Sketch. Great Application! It properly tracks employee activities without compromising each privacy. I am very happy that I can even play music as the background of work and still it wont affect my performance. I have very sensitive visual so using this app will surely be a friend to those with vision problems as fonts are clear and colors are blended very well. I understood as well the idle time track wherein it can track if I need to stand up of my desk and have a sip of my coffee or call for a moment my loved ones to check up on them thus work-life balance still there. Aside from this the exciting feature is the report system wherein performance is being tracked and measure the activity percentage and compare with colleagues. It is human resource and employee bestfriend as it is very helpful to know effectiveness and efficiency of one employee plus helping each and everyone evaluate themselves anytime without asking anybody. 100% recommendable! Time tracking was good for managers and companies to see the productiveness of the employees, as an HR who handled local offices, I see it works best for remote workers. What I like about Traqq is you hit the combination of macro-management & micro-management. We can show the employees full respect, in parallel, they don't see it offensive when we asked about their work during the day, we can see it through Traqq. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just feedback that:

- Customer support features should be re-prioritized. When I need support, I want to go straight to the input field, the customer feedback star was confused. We can pop up the customer feedback star regularly on the app instead of merging them.

- As an HR, I would like to send the report to the manager frequently, if we can schedule it that would be best. Or we can send it to several managers at once, such as the Leadership team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I manage a variety of duties for the firm as an HR professional, including keeping an eye on independent contractors. No matter how many of our freelancers there are on one platform, I can effortlessly monitor their activity using Traqq. I have instant access to all the crucial information and use them when evaluating a freelancer's performance, which is all securely saved on the platform. The platform is also simple to use and has intuitive tab navigation. I personally like their Team Analysis and Reporting tool which gives me an overview of how many hours our freelancers have been working and calculate their earnings based on the hours they have worked for us. Traqq gave me an easy-to-use platform to track working time while providing privacy. There are many beneficial features like a dashboard, reporting, and notifications in addition to time tracking. These help me to get a full view of work in less time. I enjoyed using Traqq and found it very helpful.

They take screenshots of the employee's computer during work to provide insights about the activity. What I liked about this, they share the screenshot's slightly blurred version with employers, so that it gives a clear idea of what the employee is doing without breaking the all privacy of the employee. Also, they give short videos, so the activity can be seen in detail if necessary. I think this shows how much care Traqq is giving to the details of this service. Hi! I'm Jez and I've been working remotely for almost three years. Although I understand it's part of the first few remote jobs and contracts I've signed up for, I am honestly uncomfortable that everything I do is being captured. But at the same time, I also understand the need for the firm to implement this policy. I got interested upon hearing about Traqq, and I genuinely prefer this over the other trackers I've used. I like the features for productivity scales as it would help me know what time I peak productivity and what times I don't, which is different for everyone. I also like that it sends reminders when one is idle for some time. Most of all, I like the blur feature so there's still a small portion of work that the employee has control over. I also like that it has dashboards based on tasks, hours, dates, productivity scales, etc., and I am positive the firm side would love this feature. Another good point is it's being offered for an affordable rate which smaller-size firms would appreciate. Overall, the app's features balance the micromanagement need of the firm and simultaneously protect the privacy of the employee/user, which is important. No downsides, just some points to improve. For instance, it does not come in a mobile app version which was surprising as nowadays almost all desktop apps have mobile counterparts. Second is that employees can delete snaps taken, which I think is pointless as these can be retrieved by the firm or HR in charge anyway. I think this would have negative repercussions so better not for transparency for both employee and firm sides.
