You literally can't see the point at which your employees started to work less efficiently, but with this application, you can improve the situation from the very beginning. Loading times are fast and the application has all the functions I look for. I appreciate that there is an emphasis on users' privacy, as screenshots are blurred so as not to reveal sensitive data. **What do you dislike about Traqq?** I don't like that there is no support for Linux, and Windows versions older than 7 are not supported. **What problems is Traqq solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a very user-friendly and fast application that helps me track time for different tasks I do during the day. Everything is organized neatly in rows. This Application is cost-effective and integration with different tools is another good feature. The report engine is user-friendly and loves being able to export a comprehensive report of an individual's performance. It is simple to set up new customers and new projects so that I can track as much or as little detail as needed. Flexibility to allow you to record multiple days and hours in a single line item or (like me) track each day separately so that I can report to my customers exactly what was done when I was there billing hourly. I like that the software automatically alphabetizes clients and projects. I also like the ease of use and navigation through weeks and days. It helps in increasing the productivity of the user. It also provides security to the user's private navigation while tracking the time. Overall, My experience has been positive and will highly recommend this software. **What do you dislike about Traqq?** Certain features are hidden. Also, I know that my personal information is safe. The screenshots that are made are blurred out. All personal data I have there is not shown to the client, so everything is excellent. **What problems is Traqq solving and how is that benefiting you?** The best thing for me as a freelancer about Traqq is that on the projects, I have billing by the hour contract, I don't have to do the calculations. Traqq does everything for me. I turn it on, and that it. When the project is completed, I send the reports that Traqq provides for me. My working hours, my browsing history, deductions on the time I spent browsing that is not related to the project. I had a few issues working without a proper time and activity tracking tool. A GPS tracking is a missing feature we would've loved to have, or at least Traqq's integration with another GPS tracker. Currently we use manual time adding for this purpose which is also easy. **What do you dislike about Traqq?** Traqq allowed us to profile our team and shuffle them based on their work hours, schedules, and productivity level. We've had seen a boost in activity levels and output since Traqq creates an incentive to be more proactive. **What problems is Traqq solving and how is that benefiting you?** We shuffled our team compositions based on the productivity insight Traqq gave us. It saved us a lot of time but also made workflow more efficient for everything. The HR department processed team works more rapidly. No useless toggles and complications. Hubstaff was an intrusive buggy mess, TimeDoctor was too expensive for what the were offering, and Toggle was more of a project tracker than a time tracker. Traqq was simple and very easy to use. Best of all, it was completely free with all the premium features you'd have to pay for elsewhere. **What do you dislike about Traqq?** Traqq was still in BETA development. So there are a lot of things that can improve. I'm happy the team is very receptive to improvement feedback. **What problems is Traqq solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a great productivity tracker.
