Traq.ai Pros and Cons

Traq software is easy to set up and use. We record all of our meetings, both external and internal. Traq has been a lifesaver. The team at Traq is VERY responsive to any requests. Support is above and beyond, even when the user (me) is not doing something correctly. It integrates well with Zoom and Meets. We use it several times a day. Traq.ai provides lacking features, like call recording and transcription. The application heavily relies on AI, which sometimes results in inaccuracies in transcriptions. The reporting feature needs to be more comprehensive as it currently only provides insights into opportunities and risks without providing, in depth analysis.
