I really like how easy it is to integrate content from tools like Canva, and how many options there are for customizing the templates overall. I think the main flaw is that you can’t choose exactly which contacts you want to export from Capsule. I’m not sure whether that has changed since the last time I tried connecting the two apps.

I ended up exporting my mailing list from Capsule manually. Now, if I want to connect the two apps, I’d have to export all contacts, which would fill up my current plan and force me to upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Capsule CRM and since moving from MailChimp to Transpond, we have saved an enormous amount of time managing the contact list. The integration is impactful. It is very simple to add or remove someone from a mailing list from the CRM and the effect is immediate. No more 'syncing' of lists. CRM tags are also usable in Transpond.

Furthermore, Transpond's personalised service is surprising and effective. I've created several tickets for help and every time I have received personal messages from a real person with support. There are some features that need work. We recently used a 'clean list' function, which unsubscribed many contacts that shouldn't have been. The formatting in the email is also not always smooth. For example, we tried to put a line between two pasted paragraphs and the entire text moved and needed to start over with typing. I only heard about Transpond when I was setting up Capsule CRM, and had assumed I'd need to implement an integration with a third-party email marketing platform. But when I saw that there was a native integration with a marketing platform I had to give Transpond a try.

I found it really simple to use, with a UI that was free of fluff and fuss. I'm well used to integrating platforms with Zapier, Make etc and it is such a joy to have a native integration which makes sense. Updates to Capsule contacts automatically roll into Transpond. Transpond can use the tags created in Capsule. Capsule contacts can be grouped for a campaign in Transpond. Moving between the two platforms is completely intuitive.

Transpond automations are also really straightforward to set up (although you'll need to be on a paid plan if you want to use them), as are the forms (ditto). I use a Transpond form on my website as a contact form to bring people into Capsule, and that works really well, with a straight-forward double opt-in setup and verification email.

The starter paid plan is very reasonably priced at £8/month +VAT (paid monthly), although I ended up on the Growth package as I want unlimited automations and gated content.

Transpond also will send your transactional emails, which is handy.

I've not even begun to explore all the options with website tracking or social medial posting, but feel I'm getting my money's worth with the features I am using.

And best of all: genuinely helpful and prompt customer support. This might not sound huge... until you hit a snag, at which point it makes all the difference. I had a terrible experience with MailerLite customer support which would put me off ever using the platform or recommending it to others, so I do value good customer support when I find it. Transpond links webforms to groups, so when people submit a form they are added to a specific group (you can also copy people to groups using automations). In order to be a confirmed subscriber in the group they need to have replied to the verification email. If they choose to unsubscribe you can give them the option to choose which groups they want to unsubscribe from. It's taken me a minute to get my head fully into this model, which I find a little restrictive. Having said that, I've not had trouble setting things up that meet my business needs. I can't say that I really dislike anything about the application, but as with any software, there are always features you might miss or wish for. There are certain functions that could make it easier and faster to get work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’ve found Capsule CRM to be incredibly easy to use, with a really clean and intuitive UI that makes navigation simple and efficient. It doesn’t feel overwhelming, even when managing multiple contacts and workflows.

Transpond has been a great tool for creating mailing campaigns. Setting up templates is very straightforward once you get the hang of it, and it allows you to build professional-looking campaigns quickly and confidently.

The only challenge I experienced was initially figuring out how to connect Transpond and Capsule, when it came to linking data within forms. The structure of the email templates is really easy to use, the automations are really customisable and integrate seamlessly with Capsule CRM and the Customer Support is second to none in terms of actually implementing changes that would really benefit our business on the platform. You get a response within a day via email and I have even had calls with the team to discuss possible new features or amendments to the platform. The AI features are also brilliant, for example the recent 'Optimise Delivery' to improve deliverability and maximise open rates has seen a boost of 5% in our open rates. We moved over from another email platform when we came to Capsule CRM and the implementation into day to day use was smooth with all our data coming in easily and straightforward to move over forms, automations and templates onto the new platform. Honestly not much, perhaps the forms could be a little more designed for longer answers and more extensive forms, but that is quite specific to our business and the team at Transpond have been really responsive to implementing helpful changes here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Transpond for a couple of weeks and I have found the experience so far to be fantastic. Extremely simple to navigate and the tools provided have enabled me to create some fantastic email campaigns which have been great for marketing purposes. It appears easy to use for a non marketing expert who is looking to grow their business. When I had issues setting up DNS records due to my main domain being split between wix and ionos, the support team were very helpful in making sure the problem was resolved.
