While Transkriptor is generally excellent, one frustrating issue I've encountered is the occasional failure to save the transcription. Roughly two out of ten times, after uploading and seemingly processing an entire webinar recording – and even receiving a "successful capture" message – I'll encounter an error and the transcription file is lost. This is particularly disappointing after investing the time to record or attend a lengthy webinar, only to have the resulting transcription disappear.
