You can choose to translate all elements or only the ones you wish to translate. Phrases used on multiple pages need to be translated only once. The translation process takes just a day or two. If there is a question regarding the translation of a phrase, the translator will flag the issue for your response. **What do you dislike about Transifex?** Select every item on every page using every option. It takes time. Depending on the size of the registration setup being translated and the number of options within the system, you could need up to a month to translate and test. **What problems is Transifex solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have an English-based registration system. My customer required a native translation into Spanish and Chinese. Transifex was the solution. It allowed me to select the items to be translated, and they had an individual translate them on the other side. The AM we were assigned was quick and effective when answering our emails. Overall, the sales process was smooth and was easy to go through. **What do you dislike about Transifex?** The UI is not the most intuitive, it definitely took some time for the team to get the hang of using the software. The support hours were not the best for us in the PST, and we had to take some calls at night. Also, we used a third-party translation service through Transifex and the translations were horrible. Before I used transifex, I usually translate the document in word file, and once I finished, an IT person needs to upload and update the website based on the new translation. The price model per words is not clear if it is with source words or translated ones. Also addign new resource keys should be availble via the UI. User mangement is not easy.
