We used Traliant for the Preventing Discrimination and Harrassment in Construction for California employeers, and the training was exceptional. The course was fully engaging because of the videos , quizzes and extra bonus points. It helped keep our employees engaged, and allowed them to complete the course at their speed. From an admin and as user standpoint, Traliant is very user friendly. Implementation was easy. All I had to do was import employee information, and the employee information was an instant. I'm able to easily assign courses to individuals and specify different due dates along with different reminders with no issues. Once employees are completed, I can immediately download their certificates. Not only that, but the report dashboard show charts of current, past due and completed assignments for the employees which is awesome. Can't wait to purchase more courses for our employees. It's a minor detail, but I would like to see if there's a way to include a cc person when I assign courses to employees. For example, as I'm assigning the course, I would like to receive the email for the Introduction that is being sent to the employee and when they complete the course without having to log in to see if they completed the course(s).
