What do you like best about TraitWare?

It's so easy it's hard to believe. I simply click on the app, choose my account, authenticate and point my phone at the screen I want to access. I'm in in 3 touches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TraitWare?

What problems is TraitWare solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of Use, and Security. TraitWare is the simplest solution I've seen for passwordless login. And, I trust it because it's always tied to me and my device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TraitWare?

It's easy. We have deployed to all employees and everyone uses it perfectly. The QR code scans faster and more consistently than any others. It keeps us secure. Their support team is great also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TraitWare?

Nothing to dislike, other than it make us have similar expectations from other companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TraitWare solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have virtual desktops and people can login from anywhere. That makes them more susceptible to logins if credentials are stolen. But even if someone steals our credentials, they won't be able to login without a previously authenticated device (that they won't have) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TraitWare?

No real dislikes. I guess, at first, it was getting used to not entering credentials and grabbing my phone (token). A minor adjustment for the increased security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TraitWare solving and how is that benefiting you?

Eliminating credential-based access to our business systems and having to push annoying credential policies of our staff for best practices. TraitWare has reduced our staff hours associated with credentials and provided a better access solution for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
