What do you like best about Trainual?

Trainual is very user-friendly and offers a platform that allows multiple authors to submit content and be responsible for the updates. The customer support is the best in the industry. At a time when most companies hide behind chat, Trainual is happy to be up close and personal with prompt email responses and availability right at your fingertips with a quick calendar meeting request. What do you dislike about Trainual?

I inherited the platform from the prior L&D manager. It would have been helpful to have an opportunity to participate in an onboarding/introduction to the platform, a tips and tricks session. I found that it was more difficult than expected to organize the content in a way that is searchable and digestible. What do you like best about Trainual?

Honestly? I like how easy Trainual is to use when creating content for employees to review for training and on-boarding. The set up is easy to follow and Trainual provides multiple ways and resources to help you get started with creating a strong library of trainings for your organization. Their customer service is top notch and the on-boarding specialist who helped us set everything up was responsive when we had questions.

I really like how I can hyperlink to previous trainings, such as our core values, throughout the other trainings that I have created. This really helps with building our brand and integrating our mission and vision throughout our trainings and on-boarding sessions.

It is also really easy to integrate pictures, funny GIFs (to lighten the training mood), and videos to boost the ways in which our trainings can reach their intended audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

My only dislikes of Trainual are around formatting. There is no copy and paste feature and and the system defaults often to preset conditions such as font and size. I spend more time than I would like playing around with these features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trainual?

Trainual is a great tool to have a central source of information for all team members to reference all the details of how to run your business. When you have a process breakdown, the first question becomes, what is in Trainual? It become easy to identify processes that need improvement, or where new documentation is needed. The ease of use makes it easy to make updates and notify the appropriate team members. What do you dislike about Trainual?

The biggest difficulty I face in Trainual is formatting. The formatting tools can feel restrictive and sometimes it is hard to format the way I'd like our information to be presented. But this far outweighs the benefits of this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trainual?

I love how easy it is to organize our processes. It is very user friendly and has great user facing look. I love the AI options. I update our information often so I appreciate how quickly I can do that and that a notification goes out to the users about the update. We were using DocSend prior to this and it was so hard to keep track of people's usage. I love the reporting Trainual gives. We will be using the HIPPA template training soon. What do you dislike about Trainual?

I wish each user had a unique generated link to our site. I often hear that the invitee didn't get the email. If I send them a link and it connects to our account, that would be awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trainual?

I have been using Trainual for almost two years and have enjoyed the process of implementing it in our learning program. Throughout the time I've used it, Trainual has made regular updates that have streamlined information workflow, data analysis, and overall user experience. The feedback I share on my user experience feels heard and taken into consideration. Their response time and customer service is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

In tandem with what I like best about Trainual, something that has been challenging is the frequency of updates. Often times, the updates impact the visuals of the site, making it difficult to initially find content.

I think there are improvements that could be made to the data tracking side of things, being able to quickly see individuals progress on one subject, as well as resetting completions in mass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trainual?

Trainual has been a beneficial product for me and my team! Being able to put all training material in one place and being able to make training fun has been a game changer. I recommend this product to anyone who is looking to advance their training material.

The video recording that is available is not a free tool that comes with your subscription. This is something you to upgrade your subscription to have. I got to use it for about three recordings and then my free trial ended. What do you like best about Trainual?

I love that I can track the progress of my team on their training and policy acknowlegment. I love that I can update subjects and push those out to whoever needs to know. Version history allows us to not have to keep up with multiple copies in multiple systems! This will be a game changer that our team will use every day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trainual?

It's great that you can see each user's progress and when they last logged in. The navigation is a little clunky but you get used to it after a while. I like that if a user gets locked out, they can reset their password without my assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

The only thing I have struggled with on the Trainual site is complications when downloading full trainings. It takes a lime to download them and when it's finally ready, half the time, the PDF doesn't come out correctly. What do you like best about Trainual?

I love how simple Trainual is to set up, and its flexibility, ease of use, and features let me incorporate text, videos, and more. It brings all our training materials into one place, making it easy to track engagement, integrate into our onboarding process, and quickly reference information whenever questions arise.

What do you like best about Trainual?

I love the ease of use of all of the features. Once you figure out the format it's incredibly easy to start documenting processes. The template library is robust and helps to build out the basics when you just start.
