It's their client metrics tracking for me. I like having one place to upload fitness metrics and progress photos that clients have 24hr access to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing is customization. Trainer metrics has fitness assessments built in that I use however I have my clients run 1 mile for their assessment and a 1k meter row and the option is 1.5 miles and a 500m row in trainer metrics. I have a work around for it but it does impact the picture of performance and improvement for clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As the former Fitness Director at Gainey Village Health Club and Spa I brought added TrainerMetrics to enhance our assessment protocols and improver our engagement with our clients. Using TrainerMetrics improved our professionalism. The staff at TrainerMetrics was great at teach our staff how to utilize all of the features available. Personally I had a difficult time getting my staff to use the softward for follow up assessments on their long-term clients. That issue was due to lack of staffing support needed to better manage many employees. If your employer offers the support you need, then this won't be an issue for you and TrainerMetrics will be great for your team and your members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that the FMS assessments would also include corrective exercise repirts. Also wish that I could add on smaller number of client profiles. We are constantly hitting our limit of 500 and need to go back and have to deactivate people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
