It helps us with reducing ad spent on returning users, mostly in our branded campaign. The shadow campaign gives a good indication on how effective the exclusion rules are, helping to further optimise.
Platform itself is easy to use and easy to set up, onboarding was helpful. The support is very friendly and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far the support has been good, though going into the new year we got behind with our monthly reports, leading to my feeling that sometimes we're not on top of our performance.
Also I find it a limitation that we can't figure how many clicks it takes in our branded campaign before people on average convert. This could help us massively in determining what click thresholds we use and base this of a CPA.
I'd also like to get better reports on what happened to the excluded users, what share of these people still finds their way through organic/direct/shadow campaigns is still a blackbox and can only be analysed on user-level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
