What do you like best about Trados Business Manager?

What do you dislike about Trados Business Manager?

I had BACCS before it was bought out by SDL, which was bought out by RWS. It is apparent that RWS/SDL considers its customers suckers who will work as beta-testors for free. There are so many problems with TBM that I would be here all day to catalogue them. I am at the point of giving up and switching to an alternative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trados Business Manager?

Integration with Trados Studio (and Trados Live Team) on API level; Preparation of quotes and invoices for completed projects; simplifies payment calculation to translators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trados Business Manager?

Minor things really, no major deal-breakers. E.g, in situations where multiple currencies are used, not the most flexible system for exchange rate entry and usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trados Business Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lots of manual work on project costing / quotations/ calculation of final work done / invoicing/ payments to translators. SDL Trados Business Manager makes these processes almost automatic and speeds up the work by a factor of x3 or more compared to manual calculations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
