TD offers solid account management and straightforward support for daily operations, including publisher management and collaborations. The platform has a clear and user-friendly interface, making it easy to manage all daily operations in one UI. Its reporting tools provide useful insights into campaign performance.

Additionally, TD ensures fair billing of network fees and includes effective tracking mechanisms for performance measurement. The APIs simplifies integration with external systems, allowing smooth data exchange. The detailed dashboard analytics help monitor and optimise campaigns efficiently. What do you dislike about Tradedoubler?

The tool has limitations when handling large datasets, causing frequent feed integration interruptions and poor data quality for publishers relying on product feeds. This negatively impacts advertising collaborations tied to the product catalog, where both data accuracy and actuality are critical for success. Additionally, downloading large reports is challenging; system emails with reports often fail, forcing users to split data into smaller timeframes and manually reassemble, leading to inefficiency.

"Reliable tracking with room for improvement in international support"

What do you like best about Tradedoubler?

I appreciate the reporting capabilities and the UX of the Tradedoubler interface. There are many settings and customization options for the individual programs. The setup of tracking and commission options is very flexible, which makes onboarding customers and managing them easier and more efficient. Another important point is the international orientation, which allows us to integrate international partners with our customers relatively easily and quickly. What do you like best about Tradedoubler?

I really appreciate Tradedoubler's proactive account managers who help with setting up programs and have local expertise in different markets. I like the good events they host and the state-of-the-art tech stack they provide. Once the tracking is set up, it rarely has any issues, which is really convenient. What do you dislike about Tradedoubler?

Tradedoubler's invoicing system is the worst in the industry. It's very rigid and inflexible, causing significant issues when errors occur, which they often do. Fixing these errors takes months and is a huge hassle. They really need to replace their current invoicing system as it's the worst compared to other networks.
