What do you like best about TRACTIAN?

Tractian's AI eliminates the need for time-consuming program setup and analysis. With the right technical information, I was able to get valuable insights within a few weeks. What do you like best about TRACTIAN?

The thing I like most about TRACTIAN is how simple it makes machine monitoring. The sensors are easy to install and the platform gives realtime insights without needing complicated setups. I have found the predictive maintenance feature helpful because it helps avoid sudden breakdowns. The dashboard has a.clean UI, which makes it quick to spot issues. What do you dislike about TRACTIAN?

The only thing i can remember are the alerts that feel a bit too frequent and it takes some tweaking to set the right setting. This is a small thing though and overall the system works really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TRACTIAN?

Our main problem was submitting activity reports. They were usually submitted weekly. Sometimes, photos were lost or the right ones weren't included in the report. Now, we have reports ready upon completion of the task, we monitor the efficiency of each technician, we know which and how many faults the inverters have, etc. It has been a capable tool for managing each technician's time and, best of all, inventory inputs and outputs. What do you dislike about TRACTIAN?

In offline mode, sometimes a photo doesn't load, but we resolve it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TRACTIAN?

Tractian has been very useful with keeping track of technicians. It also helps a lot with inventory usage. The fact that it's easy to navigate through the app. They also have a great team that is always giving us the attention we need. Since we have many assets implementation has taken some time but it has been worth the documentation of everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
