I really appreciate the people working at TRACTIAN. Our Project Manager is respectful and committed to helping us achieve our goals. The technician who handled the installation was professional, well-prepared, and adaptive to our plant's situation. Our sales rep has been focused on ensuring we receive true value. I also find the dashboards increasingly useful; they let us display the statistics we need in the format we want. The dashboard's ability to consolidate machine information in one spot with an easy tool to set time periods is very powerful, especially for tracking running time and total cycles. Our implementation process was a little slow. The manufacturing processes we use have a complex cycle that took some experimentation to successfully capture and this process took a while. During this time I think our efforts lost a little bit of focus and a few more 'side-objectives' were pursued rather than trying to complete the main goals of the project first. I really like TRACTIAN's real-time operational feedback from the plant, which helps me see production delays in real time. This allows me to allocate resources effectively to get equipment that is stopped moving again and determine why it stopped, so I can implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. The network independence is a nice feature as well. Plus, the installation team was fantastic, super professional, and got us up and running in a single go. I like the easy-to-use interface of TRACTIAN, which makes it simple to see where the downtime and part count are, and it's very visual. I also like the team, especially Luke, who spent a lot of time onsite with multiple courtesy visits to ensure the sensors gather the correct data. That sometimes it is a bit tedious to know how to use the software. At times, I think it would be good to have a quick help manual within the platform for the procedures of the tools. This way, we can avoid having doubts and have everything at hand for the user who sees it daily and also needs to present a more technical report on the machine's status for presentation purposes in case of any issues. I appreciate TRACTIAN for its real-time predictive capabilities that help in managing and maintaining equipment effectively. I find the clarity of asset health visibility quite beneficial, as it provides a centralized view of asset conditions and helps reduce unplanned equipment downtime. The product also supports the installation of IoT sensors for machines, which enhances monitoring and maintenance operations. I don't like the dashboard customization limits and the mobile app limitations. I'm also not too happy with the dashboard and reporting flexibility, and I think role-based dashboards could be improved for better usability for maintenance technicians and managers. The centralization of information allows you to visualize all monitored assets in one place and obtain valuable insights in real time. There are many features that are not well understood from the start. Training sessions are definitely required until the normal operation flow is understood. Sometimes the notifications for when an event is created or an inspection is completed can be too many. It might be good to optimize the number of email notifications. The platform does not clearly indicate which specific types of assets its reports are compared against. Additionally, it does not allow customization of the equipment, as some do not have cooling blades and only use water, resulting in a limited data fill percentage. I love how comprehensive TRACTIAN is, as it offers integral solutions for the management and maintenance of equipment. I like that it allows you to see how long it takes to resolve a fault, and the ability to upload photos of damaged equipment is very practical. I also appreciate the function to read QR codes, which facilitates the control and review of equipment. I like that it can organize and manage our maintenance efficiently, whether daily, monthly, or weekly. I find it very useful that TRACTIAN allows sending audios, videos, and photos, and that you can create a ticket to communicate with colleagues about equipment failures. I truly value the ability to streamline the preventive and corrective maintenance process, allowing me to fill out work orders more efficiently. Additionally, the ease of setup was impressive and not complicated for me, which facilitated its adoption and use. THE INFORMATION IT HANDLES AND THE GRAPHS ARE VERY CLEAR AND VERY SIMPLE, MAKING THEM VERY EASY TO INTERPRET. SOME FAILURES ARE MORE VISIBLE DUE TO THE TRENDS, AND THE GRAPH IS IN REAL TIME, GIVING YOU TIME TO REACT TO ANY PROBLEM.
