I love the fact that I'm able to use Tracksmart Timeclock on my computer, phone or tablet. Tracksmart Timeclock is so easy to use, understand and implement with my employees. What a great program for my small business. I have even checked out their other programs by going to www.hrdirectapps.com. There I can see they have other programs for my small business like Attendance Calendar, Time Off Request, I-9 & W-4, Schedule Publisher, Harassment Training, Safety Training, Progressive Discipline, Company Policies, Applicant Tracking, & Job Application. All of these apps seem so easy to use because I requested a free trial by sending an email to support@hrdirectapps.zendesk.com Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this time I can't really think of anything bad to say about this program. It's a terrific program and my employees absolutely love it because they don't have to wait in line at the time clock anymore...they can just clock in from their phone as soon as they arrive to work.
