TrackSmart Scheduling Reviews & Product Details

We use tracksmart for the scheduling feature. And not really much else. It's easy to view your schedule, others schedules, offer up shifts and snag shifts from others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TrackSmart scheduling web-based platform is easy to use. It has helped the organization made the shift scheduling process much smooth. I liked the fact that the system allowed us to schedule staff shifts at ease. The fact that employee can go online and view their schedule is a plus. Also, it empowers your employee to be able to swap their shift with other employee which is very convenient for employee in the time they needed the most. Best of all, I love that employee don't need to keep on calling out since the web-platform also allows them to submit time offs, sick days and personal time off which helps combine both scheduling time and time off and near instant email notification provided by TrackSmart. I feel the system has a lot of room to improvement and that along makes it significant good news to know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TrackSmart Web-based site is easy to use, however, the mobile app needs improvement. In this mobile age applications are essential for any company to survive the digital age. TrackSmart app services is very limited and therefore only allows one to perform basic tasks such as taking time off or viewing schedule. I wish the app provided the opportunity to look into more detail information as the web-site allows, also I wish that they are able to allow edits specially if you submit a sick day by mistake and wish to cancel and resubmit again, one must go to the website and do this. I feel the app has the ability to do it, but TrackSmart has not done major update to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very convenient for scheduling my medical assistants and receptionists for their shifts. They have easy access to the app so they can check their schedule at anytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
