I’m able to check ticket status, very user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrackItLog?

There isn’t anything I didn’t like. Wish I could use permanently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to search through entire tickets body and title with a key word, and being able to sort order Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrackItLog?

The software times out too fast, and others being in my ticket prevents me from editing it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
