I like how Tracking Time Pro can automatically pull in tasks from your calendar as well as track time manually at any point. It also reminds me when I forget to track time manually. This way I am never missing a moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found that although it pulls in tasks from my calendar it doesn't update them if they are changed or deleted. So it doesn't always seem exactly accurate. However, this may just be my user error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the Desktop app, it's always running in the background. I like the ease of use and accessibility, it takes me 5 second to switch tasks that im tracking. I've used a few other time tracking apps before but this one takes the cake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used quite a few time tracking apps and tracking time is one of the easiest apps I've ever used! I'm using it for more than 3 years now. UI & Dashboard is the easiest you can find over the internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I didn't like it then I wouldn't be using it for so long. Everything is perfect! Here are a few recommendations.

1. Give an option to users or clients where they can track their keystrokes, screenshots of the screen, and which websites they've been visiting while tracking their time.

2. Show a bar to see how much they were active while they were tracking their time.

3. All of these examples can be found in Upwork's time tracking app.

I like that I can customize how I track my time for clients and projects for them. I assign colors to each client, so all projects for that client have the same color, and I can easily select and log as I work throughout the day. I also like that I can go in and adjust the time spent because there are times when there are a lot of interruptions in the project, so I just pause and go back and put in the time spent manually. I wish there were more colors because I have several clients, so I would like to be able to assign every client a different color. Currently, some clients have the same color, and that takes a little more time to find the project client to begin logging. Also, sometimes when I travel, I cannot open the app, and I have to go to the Tracking Time website to log, and it is frustrating because it is not set up quite the same. This is a waste of my time, and I lose out on money. I don't like that when you pause and resume, it makes a whole new entry. If there was a way to hit resume after pausing that would be super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ability to quickly see what I've worked on in the past and what I'm scheduled to work on in the future. It's also helpful to be able to track how much time I've spent on certain tasks so that I can accurately bill clients.

The ability to customize reports is really handy, as is the option to receive email notifications when a timer is started or stopped. Overall, it's a really useful tool and I'm very happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the fact that it doesn't integrate with my calendar. I also find the interface to be a bit clunky. Also, it would be nice if the timer could be paused instead of stopping completely when you click off of the TrackingTime tab. Sometimes I need to take a break from the timer but don't want to lose my place, so it would be helpful if I could pause it instead of stopping it altogether. What I love about TrackingTime PRO is that you can clock into pretty much anything, from Google docs to a calendar event, and it pulls in necessary info automatically. Plus the chrome extension is great too. Super easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It needs a better way to integrate with Smartsheet. Also, it used to be easier to just start tracking time from the chrome extension, but now it takes me to the TrackingTime portal before I can just start tracking time not tied to a specific document or PM software.
