Trackabi used to be a very helpful and trustwothy tool for teams. Some of its best features are that users can't delete screenshots and the administrator can set a "tolerance inactivity time". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The latest version of the app has several issues, and it's has become very annoying and frustrating to use the app lately. The tracker stops automatically just because, the logs change after users pause the tracker (sometimes going back to 0, some other times getting up to 55 hours), and the desktop app takes forever to load some days. It shows "..." as if it were loading, but it stays like that for minutes, and nothing makes it work.

The support team is not helpful either. It takes them a few days (sometimes weeks) to answer back, and their answers are incomplete (e.g. I ask about 2 issues, but they only refer to one/fix one, and after their first answer, they just close the request without answering further questions). Apart from that, there are some requests that are never answered at all.

My team and I use the app every day, and these issues have been affecting our workflow and causing several issues between co-workers. I'm not happy with this situation and I'm considering to change to another time-tracking app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
