It is very easy for the user to get onboarded on the platform.

The platform have all the capabilities needed to plan and manage a hybrid event, and we were able to execute our event without any glitch.

Intuitive Interface: Almost everything is DIY. We have been able to setup our event and launch in 5 days. There was always somebody to help us out, which made the overall experience pleasant.

Their studio helped us host speakers/audience (both live & virtual) and stream live sessions across many social media platforms at once. Although I am not very technical, I liked how their support teams were able to understand our requirements and talk to our AV teams to make sure everything's ready for the big day.

Attendees who joined virtually were mesmerised by the neighbourhood audio chat feature in the platform. Engagement levels just shot through the roof when live audience started interacting with online folk sitting at home during networking sessions using their Attendee apps. Simplified way of creating an event and making it live is the best thing about TownScript. After the event is created one can update the event description multiple times and also make necessary changed to the overall content is a great idea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The commission charge off course is too high, for a 500 Rs ticket the overall commission is 35 Rs (including PG charges). I think this can be made better. Also the options on payment reports can be made better, they are not very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
