Live support is excellent, so don't spend too much time trying to solve your problem. Written support is extensive - the most robust we came across when we researched new systems, so your answers are probably in there somewhere. But this is not intuitive software. What do you like best about TouchPoint Church Management Software?

I like that I can have my Sunday School kids in a separate group on TouchPoint and can easily track attendance and birthdays and ages! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TouchPoint Church Management Software?

Sometime it can be hard to search our database and find a specific person especially if you don't know at least a few letters of their first AND last names. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's incredibly powerful and really intuitive for the people in our church, it's been a learning curve for our staff as there's a new system and language to learn.
