The thing I like best about TouchPoint is their Search Builder feature and mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am a relatively new user of TouchPoint but I have not found anything I don't like! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great app, really helpful tracking mechanisms. Great as tool to help our leaders in small groups children’s etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Complex which is an initial hurdle. But it’s worth the learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It handles all the people tracking, online donations, classes, attendance easily and simply Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing - they have been able to address any wishes we could have and improve our usage of the program. I dislike that we don't use it to it's fullest potential but time to implement some of the stuff gets pushed aside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gets the job done for helping me manage my givings, contributions, and account infomraiton Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
display and trying to navigate; often times I am trying to figure out how to get to a certain link or page within the site. This is very inefficient and makes me not want to utilize the touchpoint portal for getting reports and letters and trusting the company to provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite thing about TouchPoint is that I can pretty much find anyone in the church that I might need to contact. I have not used it very long but so far, I have needed it on more than one occasion. It is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As of this time, I can't say that I dislike anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy to input user information! Quickly organize and produce data sheets based on needs. We use it for attendance and checking up on students that are no longer coming to youth events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UI not beginner friendly. Took me forever to learn and I still have issues figuring out how to compile data. I usually let someone else in the office do the compiling because I get frustrated and quit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy how I can quickly log in from my phone and access the info wherever I go Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don’t like how limited the app is compared to the website. If there were ways I can access similar data on the app, that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Efficiently. Easy to use. Easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did not have any problems when using touchpoinf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Quickly finding contact information and creating reports/labels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That not every member is allowed to access the database. (I realize this is the choice of our administrators).
There are also problems with copying documents to emails. They never stay the same. Also frustrating is that what is typed in a message looks different when you send the email. I'm glad there's a test email function, but it's still a long process to get things to look the way you want them to look, when things change from the screen you're creating on, to what it looks like when actually sent. Open Source, Full featured, Responsive Interface, Great Response to issue requests, Forward Looking company trying to improve the product, Integrated SMS and Email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricing is not congenial to smaller church plants for mobile app. Would like to see another tier of pricing to accommodate early stage plants as they grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
