Customer Service is not with a live person to talk or guide you through issues when they arrive. When registration is filed with this Event. How do you correct to stop the duplication of each check box that is checked. It is picking up the Sub Groups. Do not want them to show. It is confusing as a recipient. Touchpoint needs to upgrade its mobile app to allow for more functions. More functions would allow us to see more information while not forcing us to use the web version. When this happens it will be excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that you don't have an option to add an entire family of children. It takes too long to stand there and add siblings separately using the same information. We need one screen where we can add several siblings at one time!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use and buy-in from our staff. The ability to access all levels of information from anywhere has been great. The software gives us ability to track all manner of people data in one place and associate documents and notes with them. The support staff is helpful and quickly responsive. We use the check-in feature for our children's and youth programs and it works very well, on PCs, iPads or phones. Touchpoint is not always user-friendly. It can be difficult to find a specific item -- for example, I was trying to opt-in to text messages the other day. I'm in my 20s and can generally find my way around most systems pretty quickly. It took me a long time to figure out how to find the opt-in section!! There are also certain reports that I've found interesting in the past that months later I'm not able to locate... and then another few months later I find it again! I like that we work together as a team to get the switch from our old church management software to the new software. Change is never easy, but I feel confident that we will be successful in getting everything up and running the way it should be in a couple of months. Our church has a wide range of ages from babies to senior adults. I am glad that we will be able to personalize our email distribution to reach out to the select individuals for a specific event or ministry opportunity without having to send every email to every single family. I do not like that we cannot pick up the phone to talk to someone on the team about an issue. I know that we have connection through email, but I am used to calling the support staff from our old software and they could remote in if there was a problem or an issue that needed to be addressed. I like that I can run custom reports on groups and can have them downloaded into excel. We have also used the system to be able to take payments online for certain events and that has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have found that the TouchPoint database system is very clean - not cluttered which makes it easy to navigate. There is not a lot of my screen taken up with useless space or unnecessary information. Also, the support team has been fantastic--very quick to respond with accurate information. Their online help has also been a tremendous source of useful information about their program. The email support is quick and usually very helpful. Even to those who have not been using the software long the response from their people is good.
