What do you like best about TouchNet U.Commerce?

I like the ability to reset and/or recalculate a payment plan. I like the ability to emulate a student and be able to see what they see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TouchNet U.Commerce?

I dislike the few times where there is a system error that makes me as the Counselor interacting with the student look incompetent. It can be frustrating seeing an issue that I can't fix on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TouchNet U.Commerce?

I like that students can sign up for payment plans. I like that students are able to pay online and set up automatic payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TouchNet U.Commerce?

Touchnet disconnects a lot and has issues with balance matching up our system. Would like Touchnet so integrate with our system better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
