What do you like best about Totango?

What do you like best about Totango?

The setup process with Totango was great. They have a lot of material available on their site to help with getting things up and running. Also, their straightforward UI is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

I have seen sometimes that the automation setup internally through my team lags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping decrease the number of days our client is in the setup process. We want them to go live as soon as possible, and this is helpful with that. Also, it gives our CS managers a place to see everything about a client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

As an administrator the drag and drop configuration is the thing I love the most. No need to train, no code needed. Just drag and drop and roll out.I have used other tools and none are as easy to configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

I have had problems copying things. The copies appear, eventually, but sometimes are delayed. So I have had to learn and wait and not assume it did not copy and start again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Totango is a super big hit with our CSM and Sales team. Data that was stored locally, or parts in different sources, are now in Totango. What do you like best about Totango?

Good product which helps to provide a 360 view of the customers. UI is much cleaner unlike Gainsight. Offers different views to manage renewals, risks etc. and custom segments can be created to suit one's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

Non-admins cant share a segment with others.

Can't create sub-tasks.

Task status aren't available. Either it is open or complete making it difficult to use for project management.

Need flexibility in numeric fields to show %, add commas, remove decimals etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Using it to log all the intelligence associated with a client, whether it is important notes from client meetings or it is data import from SF, Zendesk etc. to create a 360 view of clients

What do you like best about Totango?

Totango has been used by our business for some time now. I have been training on Totango via their incredible training videos and I have learned so much. The dashboards, the information, and the data that you can store and report on is amazing.

Totango houses all of our customer information and we can easily track our customers and their health. This helps us, CSM's, better service our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

I would like to see more dashboards and more data points that we can report on. The user interface can be updated a bit more to easily navigate and find the information we require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

As a leader in the CS space, Totango has allowed me to effectively and efficiently manage my team, ensuring that they don't miss a beat in providing our customers with a best-in-class experience. The insights from the segmentation and the ease at which I can add critical account data, campaigns and success plays was a critical requirement when we researched CS tools. What do you dislike about Totango?

This is very specific, but my singular frustration is that I cannot upload data as a percentage from my google drive integration. It requires an extra step to manipulate the reports I have into a number format to sync and then I had to create custom metrics to get it back into a percentage format, which seems a bit counter productive. While frustrating, it isn't a ton of extra work by any means - I just really value efficiencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Customer Onboarding and Nurture teams utilize Totango to manage the customer journey, identify areas of opportunity and ensure optimal customer health. Our CS leaders use the tool to manage our CS team, collecting insights on time management, task completion and account success. It has automated many of our processes and ensured that critical steps in our onboarding/nurture process don't fall through the cracks. Ultimately it has allowed us to increase customer health and, get in front of potential risk and churn and help our customers meet their goals for our product.
