What do you like best about Totango?

Totango is able to store so much information about our accounts making daily tasks and information finding/sharing much more streamlined than before.

Setting and completing tasks is very easy and staff can see what we're working on at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

The layout has taken some time to adjust to but the information can be found regardless. I find I need to play around with the filters to get what I need but the data is there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While a necessary step, the data configuration stage of onboarding is arduous and takes longer than you would hope to get everything up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy the ease of use as well as it being a very thoughtfully designed and intuitive UX Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

I would like to have more streamlined "options" to log in touchpoints rather than the email cc. I have also been getting more familiar with the platform and I believe the assessments at the end of the courses are a little confusing as well as the content being a little too "fast" - Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
