Following easily your clients portfolio & centralizing everything in one place: key info, main contacts (both internal & external) deployment rate, health, usage, feedbacks for each contact with the client (call, meeting, trainings, workshops...) ... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everyone needs a license to access the information, even just in "read only".
When you need to add a list of participants to a touchpoint, you cannot copy & paste a list of email addresses from an Excel file for example, you need to copy & paste each email address one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Totango helps to organise client portfolios and measure specific health metrics to ensure that your clients are in good health to help reduce the risk of churn and maximise upsell.

There isn't much to dislike about totango, some things mainly revolve around the time it takes for pages to load and how sometimes it appears that things dont save but it's generaly just loading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything I need to know is in one place. Multidimensional health is invaluable for proactive behavior. Also a great knowledge base for self-serve clients. 1. There are no custom qual surveys/custom field abilities
2. The manual email format is not adjustable. I'd prefer the emailing to natively integrate with Gmail. Right now I have to bcc touchpoints at totango on any emails sent out of gmail and FU tasks are not as linear as I'd like them to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Daily updates on client product usage and/or health score changes are a bit overwhelming if you have a large book of business. This might be an internal setting on our side -- most likely. Totango helped me create and track a new renewal process for our team. It helped us be more consistent about how we're interacting with clients, and because Totango walks the team through the process, it's easy to follow. I also like that our team can track client interactions in one place, which gives us transparency into our CS team's work. We're really just scratching the surface with what Totango is capable of, so we're excited to keep finding ways that Totango can help our team stay united and better serve our clients. I'd consider myself to be pretty tech savvy, and I didn't find Totango to be intuitive when I first started using it. I can usually dive in to a software and start using it, but Totango requires a bit more time commitment. I haven't always had the time to watch all the videos or read all the articles, so I sometimes feel frustrated when I'm trying to create a segment or scorecard quickly, and I'm not getting the results I expect. Getting support from Totango is also time consuming, and I've experienced a lot of back and forth before I get the answer I need. I think having my tools in one location, not having to go to 3 places that now all live in Totango has been a huge bonus on productivity. I like how all my task and accounts are visable at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was a way to see all my previous meeting notes when I am trying to complete a task. I have to exit then look at previous notes and I don't have a way to save a draft. If we could save a draft of where I am at then i could exit and come back but there is no way to save just complete task or cancel. I need access to previous meetings when I have my current meeting, if there was a way to achieve this that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Totango is highly configurable and facilitates the ability to define the attributes your company needs to track and that are relevant for the higher management reports.
On the other hand, my personal favorite functionality is that you can configure segments with the data set that is relevant for me to complete my daily operational tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On some pages you cannot save the filters of interest. For example:
1. on the Canvas, there is the option to filter by Label. Since I only ever need to see the cards for a certain label, it would be great if the system would 'remember' the previously filtered criteria, or allow to save a view with pre-defined filters.
2. on a customer account page>Timeline> most of the time I need to vie information based on the same filters (ei. touchcpoint type, etc). it would be great if the system would 'remember' the previously filtered criteria, or allow to save a view with pre-defined filters.
