What do you like best about Totango?

What do you like best about Totango?

I user Totango as an individual contributor, Senior Account Manager. Totango integrates seamlessly with all our external tools from salesforce to email and much more. I've only been using Totango for a short peiod. At this time, I do not have any frustrations or have identified any shortcomings with Totango. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Totango is helping us maximize our annual reccurring revenue by identifying and proactively mitigating churn risks. What do you like best about Totango?

I enjoy the canvas views and the ability to see all plays and campaigns in one organized way that makes sense and helps to visualize the customer journey. I also really like the dashboards that come out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

I wish that you could send one-off campaigns/emails directly from a customer's Totango account profile. It would be really helpful to send ad-hoc campigns, since the emails are already created and able to be used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Without a CRM at the moment, Totango is holding all of our customer data. We also use Totango to drive CS, through success plays and campaigns. We haven't quite gotten to this yet, but we plan to use Totango to build customer health profiles as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

Following easily your clients portfolio & centralizing everything in one place: key info, main contacts (both internal & external) deployment rate, health, usage, feedbacks for each contact with the client (call, meeting, trainings, workshops...) ... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

Everyone needs a license to access the information, even just in "read only".

When you need to add a list of participants to a touchpoint, you cannot copy & paste a list of email addresses from an Excel file for example, you need to copy & paste each email address one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us managing our global clients portfolio with everything centralized, and the possibility to create segments and sort the info with the filter we need.

We can easily see the health score for each account and prioritize our actions to help our business expand.

As a consultant, I can easily find all the info about a client before facilitating a workshop, and then give my feedback and all the important info I got during the workshop to the CSM, and update the tracking of the consulting service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
