What do you like best about Totango?

Successplays and Email Campaign automations are useful in proactively reaching out to clients and assigning tasks to the CSMs. The Client health dashboard is also pretty useful and customisable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

Very poor Customer support in the setup. No hand holding is provided and the Admin has to refer to videos only to get the platform setup and running. They bill for the entire year even if you don't use the platform. The TAT for getting documents and support in setup is very high and the support is not useful. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Totango helps us understand the Customer sentiment and automates a lot of tasks that are assigned to the CSM. The Client Data Hierarchy is maintained and it helps us deep dive into the Customer journey and identify areas of improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

The ability to easy segment and draw insights easily, the ease of creating scorecards, and track goals with clients (success plans) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

We leverage the success plan for onboarding and find it kind of useful but are missing a lot of automation: being able to assign key holder on all tasks except do it one by one, be able to copy the success plan link and send individually, be able to duplicate entire success plays...

Additionally, as we are divided by teams, we are missing the ability to view scorecards by teams - mid-market, enterprise etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In Totango we track the tasks and touchpoints for all customers... and we will always find them again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

It has been very helpful to get a grip on our existing client base, and figuring out which clients need our attention! The option to run successplays automatically and creating different touch levels has been a significant addition to our way of working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

The campaign tooling has some restrictions that so far the support team has not been able to resolve and has been labeled as 'unnessecary for CSM' or is labeled as an issue with our own mail tooling (office).

Generalizing client onboarding so all customers get the same excellent experience, which also makes it easier to teach new colleagues the way of working.

What do you like best about Totango?

Totango was a huge game-changer for us when it comes to keeping a good overview of customers. Most things are customizable, making it a very versatile and adaptable product. Despite all of the many options, Totango still manages to keep a pretty intuitive interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

There are still a couple of things that cannot be customized, such as what information we are showing about our users in the overview. However, Totango submitted a feature request on behalf of us for this, and I appreciate that transparency, being able to see and follow the requests.
