Catalyst Pricing Overview

Catalyst is getting me out of spreadsheets! Prior to catalyt customer health, progress, and success tracking was a terribly manual process. Now that we have Catalyst there are less opportunities for manual error. It is integrating with all of our tech-industry SaaS services, becoming a home base for my operations as a Technical Account Manager.

My favorite thing about Catalyst - it gives me more time in my day to become a more technical resource for my customers, company, and future professional self. Catalyst needs to support inline media (images, vid, gifs, pdfs, etc) in more areas throughout the product. That's about all of my nit's at this point. :D Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For my manager, it's a great summary across many account managers of our book of clients, # of users, activity levels. For him to see all of this data is one place, in one view, it's great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The summary fields are too vague and offer me no value; I keep having to open a mini box to see what I need. In order to have current data, I need to manually type notes and add updates. I can not easily export data into Excel or a Google doc in order to change the view or appearance of data. I live in Salesforce which is where I prefer to enter my updates within a template that is mostly auto filled and I can just add a few notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
