What do you like best about TotalView?

What do you dislike about TotalView?

Unsure if this is primarily dependent on the backend coding or my employer's database server but loading between the tabs can occasionally feel sluggish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TotalView?

I love the way it works with SAP. It really allows for us to manage our workforce and have them able to view their time and schedule and eliminates a lot of tracking and manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TotalView?

What is least helpful with regards to TotalView is the limits that my current instance has regarding categories. I am aware that this is probably something that could be fixed by my workview Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

payroll automation is something that is currently benefiting my work group. I would love to be able to create some functionality where the sellers would be able to update from their moble device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TotalView?

I like that this is a quick and easy way to manage our customer service department to ensure we have enough people staffed to handle incoming calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TotalView?

At times it can be a bit tedious to add/adjust agent's schedules. The icons are very small. There are also days where the predictions for call volume are extremely skewed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
