Although we love the marketing capabilities, the templates are not great. It would be great to have more templates that look more professional and a library of photos to use. I like how highly customizable the software is. Total Brokerage has all the features needed to run efficiently and effectively. Total brokerage is mobile user-friendly; you can run your office or transactions on the go. The name fits the software; you have TOTAL control of your brokerage.
