The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The co-marketing functions are a huge benefit as many Realtors are in awe of the single property sites and listing flyers. The focussed view and the customization of the focussed view, being able to assign to specific teams, etc. is a great benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Receiving conflicting messages from different TE team members. We would like to customize our dashboard and we were originally told it required a SOW then 6 months later we were told there were available dashboard configurations at no cost. Anything beyond the available configurations would require a SOW. In September 2021 we were told automated postcards were available, we advertised this to our LO's and had them opt-in, only to find out this function was not ready and would not be ready until June 2022. These are just two instances of many.
The Optimal Blue integration pulls in incorrect rates from OB. OB points the finger at TE and TE points the finger at OB. The customer is left without a solution.
It would be great if the Loan Pipeline could have a "saved" view like the contacts list.
The dialer does not have a transfer function.

The ability to customize everything. We can make so much that is company-specific, which allows us to keep everything on brand. At the same time we can utilize their custom content and customize that as well. We never run out of options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
NOTHING! There is nothing that I dislike, maybe the cost, but when you see what Total Expert can do you understand the cost and it is completely justified! There is nothing this CRM can't do! I like the large amounts of engagement resources available to Admins and the support that we have available to us. Other CRM platforms that I've worked with are not as helpful in this aspect or charge loads extra for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
System UI and UX can be a bit overwhelming for end users that aren't "techy" or experienced in using CRM's - not an issue with proper training.
Personally, I'd like to see improvements in Single Property Sites. They should be dynamic enough to update on their own based on status in MLS (active, pending, sold, etc. ).
The inability to make custom forms and landing pages within TE is a bit disappointing and a product gap when compared to other CRMs. This gap can be filled through integrations with other platforms, but that is not ideal.
This may be possible and I don't know how but I don't believe there is any way to download a PDF "handbook" of a journey. In other CRMs, you can download an entire workflow/campaign in a visually appealing PDF handbook that helps you better visualize the campaign and what goes out and when. It feels like Total Expert is not an out-of-the-box product, but more configurable to our needs. This can be a blessing and headache at times, but it feels like they are working to make more integrations and configurations available to the user as needed. Total Expert allows for journey builds that are useful for reaching our prospects in a very timely/circumstantial case-by-case scenario helping us reach better segmented audiences. The interface feels clunky or rushed to market. Things get held up/frozen/lost from time to time causing work to take longer than any other CRM I've used in any industry. Emails almost never save correctly causing us to work harder to figure out workarounds than actually working on figuring out content/strategy from within. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes customization can get tricky as well as making sure groups are all correct. I'm still learning about creating journeys. They do have IM for customer service to help with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
