What do you like best about Total Expert?

I like best some of the logic that can be used for Journey building and some of the integrations that are offered to increase automation or pair down technology like Experience.com, Homebot, BombBomb, nCinco, Customer Intelligence, and more! Total Expert has continually shown they're making strong efforts to meet clients where they need to be when almost everything happens digitally. We work with DBAs and Total Expert makes that process easy for onboarding. I like how reachable and helpful different departments are in hearing what's happening and helping us reach a solution. Total Expert leadership makes us feel heard and important! Ben Carlson is also a great Account Executive who advocates for us! It's a huge benefit that Total Expert has Bobbi Jo Dallas focused on engagement in the system and it's tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Total Expert?

I dislike the lack of the admin capabilities where access to view contacts or data related to those contacts and numbers surrounding them isn't possible from the admin account in TE. It's a downside that the system's UX doesn't always follow an LO's train of thought so it can lead to confusion on where to go for what and can affect their engagement level. I dislike that most things are an add-on cost that means we're asking for more money throughout a contract period on a regular basis vs having them tied in to the cost of the accounts. What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?

Total Expert is solving pairing down tech when it makes sense so that an LO doesn't need to log into or contact multiple people to get the support or data they need on their database. It's helping an LO mine their database for what makes sense for them through focus views, emails, print media, Customer Intelligence, tasks, texting, and more. This allows our team to create more cohesive marketing in a place where our LOs don't have to learn multiple systems and save time by leveraging a lot of automation that talks to one another within the platform. What do you like best about Total Expert?

Total Expert offers great marketing tools that make sending emails, tracking open rates, and offering social media options to our loans officers easy. We use Campaign Builder a lot and like the capabilities that journeys offer as well. The also offer great customer support through a CSM as well as tech support online. What do you dislike about Total Expert?

We find the least helpful feature has been the print marketing materials. The printing options provided have not been, in the past, the best value for our team. We can print items much cheaper by using our local printers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Total Expert?

I love all of the features packed into one system. For my LOs, using one login to access their CRM, flyers, social media posts, tasks and activities, Realtor and co-marketing tools, text messaging, video messaging, and their dashboard is a top-selling point. While most, importantly using automation so they can focus on strictly the activities that require their efforts and actions is what sets Total Expert apart. From the administrator's perspective, the system is user-friendly, and the level of support we receive is second to none. We are kept in the loop of new features and given the tools to succeed from launch onward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Total Expert?

We struggle with some of the lack of features tied specifically to our LOS. Populating pricing from our pricing engine is a struggle. We would love to pay additional attention to things like open house flyers and further integrations with additional text tools and recruiting related resources. What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the problem of limited time and limited output capabilities of our Loan Officers. Total Expert helps elevate the client experience by offering consistency and transparency in our process with a personalized path. My Loan Officers sleep better knowing that they have a personal assistant working behind the scenes to ensure they look good. What do you like best about Total Expert?

Outside of Total Expert's constant innovations, their support is top notch. When it comes to their library of content support pieces, they have anything one can possibly think of. Job aides, webinars, interactive walk throughs. This allows our loan officers to learn the tool on their own & feel confident using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isnt anything i'd say we dislike about using Total Expert. One thing that may be nice to have in the future though, may be more enhancements & innovations on the 'email builder" side fo things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Total Expert allows us to market to all of our memebers belonging to our credit union as well as any potential leads our loan officers are working with. From, campaigns, to email, & flyers. Everything we need is at our fingertips. Not to mention the customer intelligence side of things which is a super underrated tool that helps our loan officers immensely. What do you like best about Total Expert?

Dealing with primarily content, the support and turn-around time we get on any issues that arise is typically very quick and helpful. Templates are easy to share and edit. They are also constantly pushing new updates to add new features and optimize current content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Total Expert?

The new email builder is missing some core elements that we need. We cannot lock snippets/code-blocks, which would be helpful for things like signatures and disclaimers. We would also like to see some ways to limit the colors that users can use in the builder (we'd like them to be limited to brand colors). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are constantly pushing the limits of what's possible with Total Expert and so far we have streamlined our process of adding new content and getting that content to our users. What do you like best about Total Expert?

It provides a solution to leverage your entire database and creates cross sell opportunities throughtout the bank. If we waited for core to develop something it would take years to do what we can with TE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The major issue I have with Total Expert is that theyt have not identified a way for de dup processes to work across incoming data from multiple sources. The first name, last name and email is not enough. We are working to fix this but has not been easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Total Expert helps us solve the data collection and cross sell functionality that was lacking in our organization. What do you like best about Total Expert?

The only thing I dislike is the fact that I don't have enough time in the day to fully eduacte myself on all of the features offered by Total Expert which I hope to soon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
