Feature-set works as expected. There has not been any downtime since we've moved to the platform. It allows for logic-based journeys and robust reporting. The UI is very easy to get acclimated with as an end-user or administrator. The launch team and customer support have been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The email editor is not robust and is inferior to modern email campaign providers, like MailChimp and Constant Contact. There are some limitations when it comes to allowing for brand and content customizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support is unmatched. They are always willing to hop on a call and help out when needed. Having a dedicated CSM that holds weekly or bi weekly calls helps us stay on track with our goals. The speed of the platform can be improved during peak email send times I.e. holidays, etc.

Our team has been using Total Expert for 7 years, and overall, it has been a solid tool for managing our mortgage marketing communications. It provides many essential features we need to track leads, manage client/realtor communication, and keep everything organized in one place. The user interface is intuitive enough that new users can get up to speed relatively quickly, which has been a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer support is generally helpful, but response times can sometimes be slow when researching issues. While the platform works well for day-to-day tasks, it occasionally experiences delays in updates, which can disrupt communications at critical moments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

reporting. I wish reporting was more robust. We'd especially like to be able to report on attirubtion for loans in regard to CI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have one individual on the TAM team who is wonderful. She meets with us regularly, is highly knowledgeable, and is extremely reliable. She is by far one of the best support specialists I have ever worked with. However, she receives no support from her product development or technical support teams.
UPDATE 1/19/24: While implementation took more than a year, we are now up and running, and Total Expert's Management and Executive teams appear to be listening and working diligently to ensure the system is running smoothly and effectively. I'm able to meet with the same TAM specialists on a regular basis and she continues to be a tremendous help in ensuring our journeys are running as they should while helping us create new journeys. These journeys are proving to be a big help to both our operations and retail teams in automating customer communications. Total Expert also gives our marketing team access to data that we typically had to request from our Data team, which now frees up a lot of their time as well. We are finally beginning to see the benefits of automated communications, as the platform is finally working as it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The entire system is essentially broken. We pulled a customer list today and compared it to a list pulled from our core and the data did not match up at all. When the TAM specialist and I originally discovered the issue and notified the technical support team, we received numerous emails stating that the issue was fixed. But it never was. Today, the tech support person actually acknowledged that there is an issue, but I'm not confident they will follow up or have the issue resolved any time soon. This is just one example of a myriad of issues we've experienced. The amount of time that I have wasted and the amount of resources our bank has dumped into this platform makes me sick to my stomach. It's been nearly two years, and the platform is completely unreliable and essentially broken. The amount of time that I have invested is sickening. It's embarrassing and makes myself and my entire department look bad.
UPDATE 1/19/24: Because of the myriad of past issues, developing trust and confidence in the system has been difficult. Our operations, retail, and marketing teams are still leery of the system, but since we've been up and running, there have only been a couple of minor issues that Total Expert has since addressed. We're still unsure of how the Total Expert Management/Executive teams plan to address the previous issues with implementation and technical errors and how they plan to "make the situation right," but we hope to have a resolution soon. The team at Total Expert is built on a wide breadth of experts on everything from analytics to automation and even support. I appreciate their ability to not only provide me with what they believe is the best path but are also interested in listening to ideas that could enhance their processes and products as well.

I believe that Total Expert is a good business partner, but to become a great partner there needs to be more ebb and flow to what the platform is capable of doing versus what it could become. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Total Expert is great at staying on top of customer needs and delivering solutions. Our CSM and the TAM team is extremely helpful and explain why or how something works so you understand the full picture. Sometimes it takes longer for the release of upgrades to the platform. While they are great at getting the ball rolling, the true release date tends to be a while from the annoucement of the feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
